I have visited Tenby every year since birth. Usually Kiln Park for a holiday or day visits, it’s always been a friendly quiet town. There were a few years where it attracted Hen and Stag parties, which is lovely for business but I noticed that last orders are now around 10pm which I liked as it’s now got its charm back as a family place to be. To come out of the restaurant or pub and hear the quiet sound of the ocean was lovely, there was lovely live vocalists in many restaurants and The Cove had an abba event and you could see everyone dancing having a great time so I think the balance is good. Can’t wait to return thanks Amy Moon x

Beach and town very near to rail station.
Beach and town very near to rail station. Lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs, so lots of choice. Great that they all cater for dogs with water bowls left outside for them and are allowed in some places. Beaches are great and plenty of places to sit. You can walk around Tenby quite easily. Seemed a lot cars around. Be great if they could make it pedestrian only in some places. Love the coloured buildings and the little harbour, very quaint.

There are a lot of boarded up shops obviously the impact post Covid many businesses have Closed. The railway station from which I embarked was a disgrace no adequate disability access particularly for visual or hearing impairment , if you have to get across the tracks to access the platform for the return trip. no toilet. Generally looks a very unloved station so not a good way to be greeted when you arrive but generally there are still a good range of shops tea rooms and places to eat.

Interesting characterful town.
Interesting characterful town.
Nice water front and harbour.
RNLI boat shed and shop.
Restaurants and cafes.
Recommend the Life Boat Tavern.
At busy times, car parks fill quickly. Recommend walking or taxis.
I loved that the hotel was right by the beach and Tenby center. A really good base. Don't expect luxury but it's a lovely place for a base. Rooms as spacious. Lovely sea views. Really good for the elderly as close to coffee shops, a beach with a slope, restaurants and benches outside. Good selection for continental breakfast due to covid. Really close to a Cornish bakery if you need a coffee or warm roll with your breakfast. We own a hotel and this hotel has a lot of potential to be amazing.
Staff were very friendly from booking in to breakfast and seeing staff around the hotel.
Room was quite basic but had everything we needed for a 2 night break, did have a slight smell in the bathroom.
Breakfast was between 8 -9:30 with a selection of pastries, cereals, fruit & yogurts that you could have alongside a cooked breakfast.
The walls are quite thin so when there was lots of traffic through the corridors it was quite noisy.
Cheap and cheerful and in the centre of Tenby 👍🏻
The hotel, was beautifully kept and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Bar meals were very tasty and good value for money. Bar drinks prices were very reasonable. Pool area nice and the pool was heated. The hotel grounds were well kept. Lovely seating area over looking Tenby and the harbour. Rooms very clean. Tenby was a short walk away.
All the staff without exception were welcoming, polite and efficient. The room was very comfortable with armchairs by the windows with wonderful views across the North Beach to the town. The food was well cooked and plentiful. Parking easy in front of the hotel with the option of an overflow park below the hotel.
Quite simply, everything. Location of the hotel was perfect. Hosts were very welcoming. The bar downstairs had a great feel about it. The room itself was modern and spacious. We enjoyed our two night stay very much and would 100% book here next time we visit Tenby.
Lovely spa hotel with friendly staff. Ample parking. Ideal location for Saundersfoot and Tenby. Compact but comfortable nicely decorated room, creaky floorboards adding character. Stylish restaurant and amazing food. Took opportunity to book in for a treatment.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful.
hotel facilities, food, drink and entertainment was spot on.
Ideal location for all that tenby has to offer, would definitely book again and a bonus if you have a pet as it's dog friendly.
Fab location. Only a short 15/20min walk into Tenby town. Plenty of parking.
Room was lovely with everything we needed. Decor throughout was lovely and everything was clean. Breakfast was amazing and service was fantastic.

Easy access to the delightful town of Tenby with parking ( a real bonus) lovely bedroom and the most fabulous hosts imaginable . Great cooked breakfast each morning too, will definitely return.
Fabulous location, overlooking the beach and close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Able to use facilities in Clarence House hotel next door. Perfect for self catering holiday with our dog.
Friendly welcome, a beautiful/interesting room which wasn't too hot despite the 27C temperatures, and a decent location for exploring the area (Tenby, Barafundle Bay etc) by car.
