One of the few hotels in Asia that was really good. The most important thing was the polite and hospitable communication of the hostess of the house. If I had any questions, they tried to solve them as soon as possible. It seems that I was in a home environment, and not in a hotel. I would also like to note the presence of accessories in the room that create a homely atmosphere - pots with greenery, lamps and a few accessories reminiscent of home. There was always hot water and internet. On the day of departure, when I had to stay 2-3 hours later than the official departure time, I was not charged an additional fee. The room was clean and tidy. The girl who runs the hotel always tried to appear in front of me in business clothes, in a jacket, and not in home clothes. This creates a particularly favorable impression that the owners of the hotel are very responsible people. Thank you very much. I will recommend your hotel to other travelers and if I am still in Nha Trang, I will definitely visit you again)

1-bedroom apartments for the price of small room. Located into the center of the city, but only 2 blocks from the beach, at the silent side street. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, she helps me to extend my stay and rent the bike, as well as clarify a lot of small details. The kitchen is well-packed, so you can cook or just warm up food easily. Nice working/living place inside the main room as well. It's my second, and definitely not the last, stay there. Thank you for a great stay!

The Check in and check out process was very simple and Hari kept in contact during our stay to check if everything was okay with the apartment. I was also upgraded from a Studio Apartment to a 1 bedroom and it was very spacious.

The room is equipped with modern facilities, from air conditioning and flat-screen TV to a convenient minibar. The location of the apartment is near the city center of Nha Trang, so I can easily explore famous tourist attractions. It is also located next to the city's square where cultural activities, music programs, and events are often organized, making it very easy for me to participate.

Great location, communication with host via WhatsApp made everything quite easy when we arrived (check in counter can be a bit chaotic) As other reviews mentioned, the lifts can take a while being such a large condotel, but that’s to be expected. Overall great stay and would stay again!
