This was easily one of the best apartments we stayed in on our trip of five weeks! Check in was easy and the owners are hands on and very friendly! Our apartment was quiet and extremely spacious. We were spoilt with such a comfortable, stylish stay in this lovely well kept mansion. The kitchen is spacious, really well equipped with lots of extra's such as salt and other foodie stuff. We enjoyed the dining room where we could enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view and also do some business. The bathroom is spacious and for once we had enough place to put our toiletries. The sitting room is cozy, calm and we loved to relax there. The spacious bedroom is so beautifully decorated and the bed with it's lovely bedding, was the best! The location of Penwaryn House is actually very practical if you want to visit various spots in Cornwall. It sits sort of in the middle and with a quick drive you can visit any little town. We highly recommend this apartment to any one who wants to stay here.

Located 1.9 km from Par Sands Beach, 2.4 km from Spit Beach and 33 km from Newquay Train Station, Crows Nest provides accommodation situated in Par. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. This was a very spacious and clean apartment. It’s in a nice location and the hosts were wonderful. They provided us with everything we needed. It looks exactly like the photos.

Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.

Fantastic apartment had everything you needed, Great location in the main town next to the many shops and restaurants. The apartment was so clean and the hosts were amazing . It was very well equipped with everything we needed, even a sewing kit! Derek was a fantastic host, very kind, friendly, and helpful. He gave us a lot of recommendations of places to visit with very detailed information. Highly recommend place to stay if you want to visit West Cornwall. 👍
