Ecoco Homestay Mekong is a recently renovated campground in Ben Tre, where guests can make the most of its open-air bath and garden. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. Wow!! What a special spot. After three months in Vietnam this was my favourite homestay experience. It's a very well-run and organized homestay, that also feels quite relaxed and informal. It's a family-run homestay, and Ms Amy and Mr Hieu are incredible people - so kind, warm, funny, and interesting. Meals were delicious, and had good variety. They were able to accommodate a vegan diet (though double check about each dish at mealtime). I enjoyed the family-style format, and loved the you could join in and learn from the cooking. Free water refills. Transportation from the bus stop to the hostel, lunches, and dinner, and beers were all reasonably priced. The river activity/excursion was a BLAST and excellent value. Activities and famil-style meals and common spaces mean lot of opportunities to connect with the family and with other travellers. The free bikes were in decent shape (nothing fancy needed since the area is flat and the roads are good). Accomodations and facilities are rustic but tidy and well kept. Cool to see traditional building styles. Dorms only four beds in a room so pretty quiet. Bed was clean and comfortable. A few sweet dogs and cats around. The surrounding community is peaceful and the coconut tree farms are beautiful.

Beautiful small hotel in the Mekong Delta - lovely garden and very clean pool. Vietnamese set dinner was delicious . The staff is amazing, they helped with transport arrangements to and from the place.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, had a beautiful view and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The bathroom included a magnifying mirror which was really nice and the hotel staff were attentive, lots of table space and bright lighting, also had great wifi speed.

Breakfast was simple but yummy. Each room was its own hut... which is fantastic for privacy and has a very resort vibe. Room was very clean. Great place to chill. Appreciated the owner helping us with our transport arrangements. Cute and friendly pets!

Bungalow was beautiful, furnished with a lot of love. Stunning location, in the middle of fruit paradise, and easy to get there with ‚Grab’. Food was absolutely delicious, in particular fresh mekong fish. Boat tour was a real highlight and taught us a lot about the area and Vietnamese culture. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Staff were so kind and helpful!

Very nice facility right on the Mekong. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bungalow was very well furnished and very clean. We celebrated our daughter's birthday there. The staff prepared a very nice birthday table, provided a cake and even gave her a beautiful gift. The prepared food was very tasty. We will be back definitely.

Owner Jay was always available and good to chat to. Bikes and information provided for local sightseeing. Pool was clean and well maintained.
