Location was great. Very near Triabunna jetty to Maria Island. Mary made delicious croissants and choc au pain as well as the yummiest hard boiled eggs for us. If lucky, you get to see bunnies and wallabies from your room. Lots of birds too.

An amazing property in Triabunna with excellent facilities. John and Kim are great hosts and very welcoming. It was our second stay at the property and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had the most amazing stay. Such a wonderful, super comfortable, stylish and well appointed cottage. There is nothing that we needed, that was wasn't provided, and in fact it surpassed all our expectations. The fireplace inside warmed up the place quickly and we enjoyed every moment. The ample breakfast was lovely too. We cannot recommend the Storekeeper's highly enough.

Used Orford as a convenient stop for Maria Island Ferry and a half day trip to Freycinet National Park. Because we were on the road at mealtimes didnt eat at hotel restaurant. Enjoyed the coastal scenery and even the inland rural spots when we got lost.

Orford was a nice stay for us.
Orford was a nice stay for us. If you want to visit places at the upper parts of Tasmania, then this is a perfect place. The place where we stayed was also quieter. At one side you will visit Cradle Mountains, zoo and on the other side you will visit Jacob's Ladder. Roads and nature views are beautiful and green.
There are couple of restaurants in the city. We ate at Kaffir Lime Thai restaurant, and it was delicious.
A nice place to stay indeed.

We took the ferry from Triabunna to Maria Island for a day visit, a lovely experience. We then stayed in Orford in order to run/walk the parkrun at Our Park on the Saturday morning. It is a lovely course along the sea front with great views and very friendly volunteers.
Mary met us at the door when we arrived and showed us our beautiful accommodation for the night. We were very satisfied with the comfortable bed , heating and the breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day.
The location is very peaceful, being off the highway, so no traffic noise. Mary is certainly a super host and we would recommend the Beezneez for anyone staying in Orford.
Great place to stay. Reception were great! Friendly and accomodating. It makes such a difference to your stay. Our family of five stayed In cabin 1, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The reclining couch was lovely to sit on and admire the spectacular view. The rooms were spacious. Kids loved the indoor pool and games room. We had a great time.
Well renovated and comfortable. The shower was Excellent. The seperate games area was Great. We were happy to have our pups with us and they Loved the yard. The boat ramp was not too far away and easy to access. The kitchen was well appointed and everything worked. There was an IGA just down the road and Orford is a Lovely quiet town.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, shared with a group of friends. Room was very comfortable - spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen. Bedroom adequate but cramped. Needed another bedside lamp.
Barbeque area put to good use.
Restaurant dinner meal and service was very acceptable.
Intend to visit again for a longer stay.
We loved everything about Orford’s Sanda House it was impeccably clean and wonderfully cute and cosy. The hosts were absolutely lovely and welcoming, and our breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced, made all the more delicious by the fact a lot was home grown or sourced locally.
Orford Blue Waters Hotel was a covenant place to stay after our trip to Maria Island. We really enjoyed our one night stay here. The Patio was a great place to relax and have a beer after a day of hiking. The pub and kitchen were exceptional as well.
Orford Prosser just felt like home to us. Simply great, it had everything we needed, it was super clean and the beds were comfy. For the price we paid, that was the best place we stayed at in Tassie. Close to Maria Island Ferry too. Highly recommend!
Good location for travel to Triabunna for a Maria Island Cruise. Directly opposite the local IGA for supplies and cafe where we had an excellent meal of fish and chips. The local pub/bistro was also within walking distance - about 15-20 minutes.
Cosy apartment despite being dated in the decor & perfect for travelling with my parents along the east coast of Tassie. We all had our own space being two storey & great fully functional kitchen with a supermarket directly across the road.
Mary was lovely and she made us a delicious breakfast during our stay. This is a comfortable spot that is perfect if you're planning to spend time at Maria Island or Orford in general. Would recommend!
The studio room is stylishly decorated and comfortable and has a private porch looking out over a green lawn and trees. We had a very nice dinner, reasonably priced, in the hotel bistro.
The hotel is close to Triabunna and we had booked the Maria Island ferry very early the next day. The rooms have recently been renovated and they are clean and tidy.
