Sharon was the perfect host - a quick explanation of everything and contactable but left us to it. The house itself is lovely and there are so many little touches everywhere that really add to the charm. The location is unbeatable in our opinion, right in the heart of nature but close (by car) to Mijas pueblo and Fuengirola. We met Kevin at the end of our stay who was very friendly too.

Mijas is amazingly beautiful. We have been visiting for 9 years and it's perfect for us. It can get busy during the day as many tourists come up on the bus from the coast to enjoy the views and it's many restaurants and bars.
There is flamenco dancing in the square and donkeys take take you around the village.
Absolutely love this place.

Mijas pueblo was surprisingly cold, windy and cloudy, yet 20 mins drive south on the coast, it was warm, sunny and tropical.
The town architecture itself is lovely but full of tourists, souvenir shops, tacky outlets and Brits singing karaoke to English songs with loud speakers- a complete denial of where they were - reminiscent of what you might expect in Blackpool or Disney version of Spain. Not really our cup of tea, so we walked around for a bit and left.

Amazing place to stay. Could not fault the place. Stunning views, great location. Private parking within the property. So peaceful and quiet. Comfy beds, tv with English channels, good shower. We had our own little balcony to sit and enjoy the stunning views towards the sea. Owners amazing and friendly - nothing too much trouble. Excellent Wi-Fi.

I recommend Mijas but with certain reservations.
I recommend Mijas but with certain reservations. I remember the town from 50 years ago so maybe I'm biased. It has managed to keep a certain amount of charm but in a way has grown too large for its own good. In my opinion there are too many souvenir shops and too many below standard restaurants/ bars. I had the feeling that I was a commodity - certainly not everywhere but enough too blunt the pleasure. The farmhouses that were onced dotted through the hills have been replaced by an urban sprawl & even the odd gated community. A pity - I leave with very mixed feelings
Everything! The apartment, views and the location were all fantastic. 4 minutes walk into Mijas pueblo with good transport links to the coast. Juan the owner is lovely, he personally shows you around upon arrival and is contactable throughout your stay. The apartment itself is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful with lots of sunbeds below lemon trees. We never saw more than 2 people there in mid July and had many days where we were the only ones which was lovely. We will return.
The apartment was in a quiet yet convenient part of Mijas Pueblo which was ideal for our 12 day stay. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with incredible views. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of hot water. The two pools were also very lovely to look at from our balcony and take the occasional dip in. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing time in the apartment.

It’s my preferred hotel in Mijas Pueblo. I always stay there while visiting Mijas. it’s a simple place but with a very nice decor. I would highly recommend it to a single person, or a couple. It would be too small for larger families as there are only 3 room available (yellow, orange and red). A local couple (who own this place) manage it directly. Enjoyed simple continental breakfast
Excellent location right in the centre of the pueblo. Restaurants all around to choose from. The apartment overlooks the main bus drop off/ pick up stop but with the ac fan on you hardly hear any noise from outside. Mijas pueblo is a lot bigger than you think and the warren of streets / shops takes getting round. Fantastic stay.
I liked it that it was not over looking the pool and it was quiet. The apartment was spacious enough though the balcony was a little bit tight with the table and barbecue. The electric barbecue was good. Easy to use. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was great easy to get to Cala de Mijas or Fuengirola.
Very good location in mijas golf for a mix of work and leisure. Hotel staff were very helpful. Having the spa pool and sauna facilities available was very nice. There was a great view from the balcony and the small included a dishwasher and worked well for us.
This is my favourite place to stay in Mijas Pueblo. Its right in the heart of the town & the staff are so friendly & helpful. Its also the best place for coffee and cake or a bite of lunch. I found my bed and room exceedingly comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Location, cleanliness, staff, tucked away in quiet court yard, yet close to main square.
Comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
Great communication with hotel, car parking just a short walk away.
Goggle maps helped car and walk to hotel
Lovely couple Juan & Concha .very helpful.good location. Breafusts were tasty and filling . Just 10 minutes walk from centre of mijas pueblo ..passing narrow whitewashed
Streets .still keeping it village character.
Lovely hotel between the beaches and Mijas Pueblo. Easy parking, clean rooms, well kept pool and bar area. It was great value for money for an overnight stay to see the area. Would recommend.
Lovely typical Spanish house in the heart of the village. Mijas is beautiful with fantastic walks and incredible scenery. Highly recommend Mijas and the apartment to anyone who loves Spain.
Fantastic villa in a superb location of mijas pueblo.
The villa is large with multiple spaces for all the family.
Exceptional facilities throughout the property.
