It was a beautiful, relaxing private paradise. The staff were incredible. Much more personable than the main land. The food was healthy and there was plenty of it.

Large 4 bedroom villa with Pool in Sonaisali Nadi, hotel in Momi

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, river view and a patio, Large 4 bedroom villa with Pool in Sonaisali Nadi is situated in Nadi.

Would have been nice if not absolutely filthy. Large villa which was very roomy on pleasant canal location. Good wifi and air con. It seemed it had never been cleaned (at least not recently). Insufficient crockery and glasses (not enough for 5 and the villa sleeps 8) A build up of soap scum in all showers, greasy smears and marks on walls and kitchen cupboards, mirrors and TV, rubbish heap in yard, couch covers stained (removable but appeared had never been washed), overall disgusting. Hard to locate and directions were non existent I'm surprised we managed to find it and would not have if we hadn't messaged the owner 4 times asking for directions.

The quietness of the resort, even thought it was nearly at capacity, never felt like that. Restaurant options - great choices and if something wasn't on the menu only had to ask. The staff - absolutely fantastic - beautiful people.

We booked 3 nights and tried to change it to 2 nights 30 days out and again 3 weeks out with booking.com and the Hotel directly. . Booking.com said we had to go to the hotel directly. The correspondence from the hotel was vague as if they didn’t want to help with our change. Upon checkin we were charged for 2 nights so we thought the issue was resolved but on check out they added a 3 night back in. Joshua the manager came out and was very nice but asked for the correspondence to make the change. We think He kept asking questions to try to find a reason Not to credit is the 3rd night but said he would take care of it. We still have not seen the credit left with a bad impression of the hotel and need to call the credit card company now.

Resort beautiful, service very poor at times, communication was poor at times especially prior to arrivals. Having to pay for all water activities which was false advertising. I was also unimpressed that children were in the adults only area.

We loved the infinity pool, the food was great but on our package could not eat at the fish bar which we heard had the best food. The resort is super easy to get around whether it be walking or on the bula bus, they also have electric buggies. A little let down was the litter floating in the lagoon and around the Gogi restaurant and unfortunately the sea water wasn’t as clear as it should have been supposedly due to the storm that had come through the week before we arrived. The resort in general is beautiful and the staff lovely and helpful. We loved our stay but next time would try to stay in the family beach Bure

Outstanding aspect to resort and layout.

Outstanding aspect to resort and layout. Property only 7 years old so still very attractive. Lots of variety to sit and relax even if you don’t enjoy beaches. No surrounding shops, restaurants etc. you need to drive everywhere from resort. Expensive restaurants, but some packages available. Highly recommend for a week resort style holiday.
