Location was amazing, rooms were very rustic and clean. Food and drink was reasonably priced and great. Staff were very friendly.

There was plenty of food and a good choice of food. Staff at breakfast were helpful. The hot breakfast was over cooked or perhaps had just been heating for too long by the time we ate.

Getting to Eastwell Manor was straight forward from Ashford International train station. I would say it was around a 20 minute taxi ride, which was £21 due to it being a bank holiday for us, but was £14 return. At the Manor the check in process was straight forward, I would say 10 minutes overall to check in. My bedroom was comfortable, clean and cozy. With comfy robes and slippers to take home. The manor is absolutely beautiful, and the grounds very well looked after. A lovely place to dine inside and out and the staff were very polite and attentive. The spa area was clean and not overcrowded. The changing rooms in the spa are modern and clean and the lockers were easy to access. It is nice that there were adequate shower closets in the changing rooms with complimentary shower gel and lotion. My spa treatment was amazing, I would recommend the Express back massage, however I wished it was longer (only 20 minutes) The pressure points were well executed by my therapist Sarah. The evening meal was lovely, however, not much of a varied selection. Breakfast was really nice, quality breakfast, especially if you are going for the cooked breakfast. If not, a limited continental choice which included poached salmon with dill and mackerel oh my, it was absolutely delicious. Please note that the cooked breakfast is £16.95 per person if not included in your overall booking We waited a while for our breakfast to arrive, I would say half hour, so we thought we would miss using the spa area. We got around there with only 10 minutes to spare, but after speaking to the receptionist they let us go through, for a little while. We were there for an extra 40 minutes before we had to leave to check out. I really appreciate that, so thank you so much.

Everybody working in The Conningbrook Hotel has been very friendly and helpful! The atmosphere ist great - you'll feel very welcomed there! The rooms are clean and the beds were really comfortable. The location is super - a couple minutes from Folkstone in perfect distance to the Channel. And our dog was also very welcome - they have a separate area in the bar/restaurant with access for dogs - not normal here in GB.

The breakfast was amazing We really enjoyed our stay Debbie was so nice I really recommend it to people and there is parking on the drive and supply of towels and hair wash and body wash

Great apartment in a very central location with a shop just downstairs of it. Charlie was a lovely host very helpful and answered all questions. The property was clean and spacious, stocked with everything needed even gas to use the bbq (as requested)! Will definitely be booking here again.

We loved how close the house was to the town but how quiet and tucked away it was.
