A million dollar experience!....the staff made us feel like the most important guests they ever had, nothing was too much trouble, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and very kind. The room was the height of luxury, wonderful bed, huge bathroom and amazing views. The gardens were lovely, and supper at The Clansman was superb. What an amazing treat for our last day of touring the Highlands.

This hotel was the most reasonably priced one we could find in this area so it was very basic. Our room was small but beds were comfortable
The staff were great. Friendly and helpfu.l

Stayed for one evening.
Stayed for one evening. Staff were rude, place was a glorified shed. Road up was hard work on motorbikes. Too far out of town. Grounds were unkept, Sheds were neglected.
Clunebeg too expensive for what it was.

Hotel is very tired and facilities poor.
Hotel is very tired and facilities poor. Hairs in bath as well as shampoo/conditioner. Staff were not really customer focused and not available once they had shown us our room, which did not meet expectation.

Over priced. Relies on Monster nonsense.
Over priced. Relies on Monster nonsense. For a pretty part of the world it’s a bit scruffy. Very overpriced, Too popular, No bars so you’re ripped off in hotels for a simple drink.
Stay elsewhere if you have taste.
Arrived after another day walking the Great Glen Way. The garden was beautiful and I loved being able to sit outside to have my coffee and read my book.
Unfortunately, there was no restaurant open due to covid but our host was well prepared for this and provided us with our options for dinner. We went for take away and she kindly set up and cleared table for us to eat.
The triple room was beautiful and spacious. You’d think you were in a nice hotel. Bed was super comfortable and breakfast was amazing.
We arrived early after walking on the Great Glen Way and were extremely pleased that we were allowed to check into our room ahead of the usual schedule. We also greatly enjoyed the lunch menu and its availability until late in the afternoon. A staff person was very helpful in assisting us to navigate our next day's walk and reconnection to the Great Glen trail which the hotel is not actually on but the views are great and we were glad to stay there.
The location was stunning, so close to Loch Ness, it was so peaceful and the lodge was clean, had everything you would want for a self catering holiday, Inverness was close with all the restaurants and take and culture you would hope for, we spend a day at Ben Nevis and we’re blown away with the beauty of the landscape of Scotland. Thank you Simon for meeting us at such a late hour due to a 14 hour trip
Cannot fault this beautiful hotel. The room was spotless and serviced every day if you required. We ate at the restaurant every night apart from 1 evening (wish we hadn't tried another place) but came back for dessert. The staff were all polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that your stay was perfect. We will be back next year!! A HUGE thank you to you ALL.
We liked the light in the common room. The younger folks enjoyed the TV. We would have loved to use the balcony, but it was a wee bit too cold and rainy for us to enjoy that. From all those windows upstairs, the view of the great hill between us and Loch Ness inspired all sorts of short stories about Clan conflicts and running battles with Edwards's troops.
The hotel is in the quiet village of Drumnadrochit, which is in the middle of the Loch Ness. It is a quiet place, with small houses and nice walks. The hotel was very nice and quiet, with very nice breakfast. The room was clean and it was including all the facilities. The staff members were very nice and kind with us.
Beautifull house in the countryside, spacious and well equipped. We loved the flannel bedding! Beds are good sized and we slept amazingly well due to complete silence. Stunning view into the hills. Car can be parked in front of the house. 6 miles to Drumnadrochit to find a supermarket and various restaurants.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel restaurant was closed the evening we were there and they organised a table for us with the village restaurant located 100m away (which was excellent). We were upgraded too - which is always a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. A really good breakfast.
Having spent a weekend here before we had no hesitation booking a room again. The menu for the restaurant offers great food and we were stuffed when we left the table. We required to leave for an activity early in the morning and were offered an 'early' full cooked breakfast to set us up for the day.
Stayed here on day three of walking the great glen way.
Fantastic place, super clean and felt like a hotel.
Excellent for hikers, on the route, not far from the supermarket, nice restaurant on premises with a separate vegan menu, clean self service kitchen, would recommend 100%
Easy booking in, staff explained, parking areas, meal times etc., The evening meal was taken in an onsite restaurant and prices were reasonable. Fairly limited menu but adequate.
There is ample parking space as the hotel forms part of the Nessie Experience attraction.
This was an amazing place! We've been traveling in hostels and walking into our room was like walking into a spa hotel. The room was spotless, the shower was wonderful.
The restaurant was fabulous. I would love to come back to Scotland, just to stay here again
Fantastic location for exploring Loch Ness and beyond. Local village had co-op for food supplies and a nice couple of local restaurants we used for evening meals. Great value rooms, great welcome from all staff.
The hotel is right next to Loch Ness, so it was a 2 minute walk to the boat tour we took. The hotel has a restaurant inside. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. We would definitely return
The hostess, Cat, was extremely friendly and we loved our stay here. It's a beautiful lodge in a wonderful location overlooking Loch Ness. Highly recommend.
