One Devonshire Gardens a Hotel Du Vin, hotel in Inchinnan

Within a tree-lined Victorian terrace, this 5-star boutique hotel is located in the fashionable West End, only 30 minutes' drive from Loch Lomond.

The style and decor of the hotel. We had L'occitane products, which I loved. I really liked, that you got a mug to have your tea or coffee in. The staff were helpful.

We chose Inchinnan because of its proximity to the airport — we drove up from Middlesex, and picked up my son, his partner and best friend from the airport (we were there for a wedding at the Earl or Mar estate on the River Clyde). It is also just a 20 minute drive into Glasgow to park near the wonderful museums and galleries, not to mention distillaries. I strongly recommend Glasgow as a city to visit, we had just a day and a half for sight-seeing, but could have done with double that. Inchinnan is a quiet town to the west of Glasgow, a good base to explore the area if you have a car.
