The hotel was lovely with a very cosy feel, which was a nice break from the average standard hotel rooms I spend my time in when travelling for work. The staff were lovely and happy to go out of their way. They were more than happy to do room service for my evening meal so I could work, and in fact offered it as an option when I went down for food. The food was amazing, with the breakfast being spot on and evening meal, just simply gorgeous! I really was impressed with this place for such a reasonable price, and it was very close to Oldham where I was working.

It was in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of amenities, lovely pub. Lots of room to park. A safe enclosed rear area for my little dog. Great communication with the owner. Very spacious.
