Lovely location on the beautiful St Brelade Bay! Easy access to the bay, and along shop fronts. Also really liked that they had access to balcony overlooking the bay. Staff were friendly. Facilities were good - slightly outdated, but fully functional. Would happily stay again.

The location was beautiful. The staff were always very friendly, even the cleaning lady asked us if her cleaning of our room was good , which it was. The breakfast waiter was lovely very attentive, always making sure you enjoyed the breakfast .

Hotel Ambassadeur is a beautiful hotel in St Clements. It's exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff are outstandingly helpful. There is a beach opposite the hotel with easy access, beautiful scenery, locals make you welcome. Marks and Spencer is just around the corner if you have forgotten anything. It's quiet if you are trying to avoid the busy areas.
It's quiet if you are trying to avoid the busy areas. But there's not much to do. But there are plenty buses to get round. The few restaurants are expensive with not a lot of variety to choose from. Head into town if you want decent food, not cheap either but at least you have a choice!

Hotel was as described.
Hotel was as described. No air con in rooms was awkward as temperatures that week were 38C every day. A fan was provided but we took our own too which was just as well. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the beach front road outside as we had to have the window open wide each night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were OK but a little repetitive although you could ask for options not on the menu. Parking was an issue some evenings due to number of large workmen's vans taking up the spaces.AlanUnited Kingdom

All the staff in the hotel were courteous and very helpful, with always a cheery greeting. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of choice. The hotel was really clean despite the odd bits of scaffolding that is needed to complete the repairs after storm Ciaran. We had a hire car and the car park at the rear has plenty of space. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with large comfy beds. The hotel is also on a main bus route, with buses every 15 minutes to St Helier and Gorey.johnUnited Kingdom

They were so accomodating for us that in all honesty I wanted to stay longer. The location for me and my young family was amazing, just a few hundred steps to the beach for a swim or a bus stop to explore this little island. All I want to say is thank you for your efforts and making us all enjoy our stay.

Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to check out the pool due to the Great British weather. There is a lovely pub close by. A shout-out to the lovely man at the reception who helped us arrange a taxi for an early-morning flight. Notably, this wasn't as easy as it sounds as there are fewer taxis on the island than you would expect.

It is across the road from a fabulous beach. There are a range of activities for all the family to do - swimming, water sports, shopping, eating out . You can visit the War Tunnels, the Zoo, Jersey museum, Elizabeth Castle, and the Botanical gardens - to name just a few. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
