The hotel manager was really helpful, she explained me, in advanced, the different options to reach Gili islands: speedboat (in front of the hotel), fastboats and slowboats from Bangsal.
Our flight landed in the evening, so when we arrived at the hotel, we needed to have dinner, inside the hotel itself there is a good local food restaurant.
The room was spacious, water, tea / coffee and boiler available. They provide, on request, hairdryer too.

Place is walking distance from jetty, we could with our luggage. Property is right opposite to beach, rooms are clean and many restaurants and marts close by. Breakfast had good options for vegetarian/vegan. The plus point was they had dive school in the property which helped us with diving for beginners and instructors were good.

This hotel is incredible and by far the nicest place I’ve stayed in. The staff and attention to detail was amazing, we loved every second of our stay.
Staying at pink coco also has its perks as you get reserved seating on the beach for sunset and this definitely was useful as it gets busy quickly.
The pool area is lovely and is open late, there is also a snack/drinks area which you can help yourself to and note what you had, we loved this.
The food was also all lovely and good value for money!

Our stay at Jago Gili Air couldn’t be more perfect! Room is modern and clean and the staff cleans it every day. The pool area is amazing, they also have a bar so you can chill and order some drinks. Breakfast was the best we had in Bali and Gilis- you should try their smoothie bowls (they are better than in most brunch places in Bali!). The staff was the kindest and we are so grateful we met them! This was our definetly our best stay! I would recommend this place to everyone coming to Gili Air, you will not be dissapointed.
