Staff especially guest manager Ceaser were all so helpful and lovely. Spa is wonderful and the therapists are friendly. Food in the South Bar and Palmer is great.The Breakfast food is amazing.

Loved the patisserie treats. Staff are friendly, helpful and discrete. Indulged in a champagne tasting dinner this visit and it didn’t disappoint. Delicious and informative.
