We loved this hotel, great location. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower and a small fridge.
On our first night there was a problem with the room as there was some building work opposite going on. Staff moved us to a different room which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. There is a stunning sitting room for guests to relax in with books and sofas.
Breakfast was really great, lots of choices and value for money.
Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
Lots of places to eat on Via Balbi with welcoming faces, again value for money restaurants, unpretentious and friendly.
We were 5 minutes walk from the railway station which reaches many parts of Italy.
