The service was excellent especially Angello who when I went to reception he remembered my name and room number. Very impressive considering the size of hotel. Young man in the garage parking cars was also very impressive, excellent demeanour. I think Antonio was he name. The staff are wonderful -- and being able to a lovely breakfast and evening drinks & snacks in the inner courtyard were such welcome benefits. I stayed for over a week for work and personal travel and all the Piazza Bellini staff made me feel very comfortable. They were also very responsive to questions through the app and in person. All round a great team and a very nice place to stay!

As a location, it was very good, right next to the train station. Unfortunately our room was overlooking the main road and, being Naples, it was quite noisy. Having said that, we still feel this hotel was very good value for money. Room was comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was also fresh with a good selection.
