All of the above. Very good check in and helpful staff. Refreshing welcome iced tea drink on arrival. Room large with a good view. Ample towels and amenities and a fridge. Large comfy bed. it did look a little tired in places but all the important things were very good. Very good selection for breakfast of hot and cold food. Transfer to/from the airport again with excellent courtesy and helpfulness . Thank you driver very much who explained about where we needed to go/do at the airport on leaving. We would certainly stay there again.

Visiting Male added to our anthropology learning in a very interesting way. Male was totally different than local islands, busy, full of shops, markets, monuments, amazing park, cafes, restaurants. And superb exchange rate of USD/MVR compared to islands!

Male is best for a stopover for a night if you have an early flight as the commute to the islands may not make it possible to catch your flight.
When I flew in I was able to catch a ferry to an island I was staying. My flight out was very early in the morning so I had to stay in Male. Very crowded and stressful in my opinion.

Its very easy to go around, was able to walk everywhere, did not need a taxi. I would recommend eating out by the seaside restaurant, they have beautiful views and amazing ambience in the evening. Otherwise, I will not recommend staying in Male if you are on holidays, you can stay in the nearby islands and visit Male late afternoon.

Male is a beautiful, clean and safe city with very warm people around. Lot of small eating places around. Proximity to the local markets as well. Very easy to move around the city by foot, bus transport or taxi. Jetty's are available to visit nearby islands/atolls as well. This holiday in Maldives was most relaxing and chilled out!

Densely packed place.
Densely packed place. Few pavements, many parked motorcycles and very uneven surface. Stout shoes required. Generally polite locals but some prefer to hog what pavement there is and expect you to move, Don't expect too many smiles.
I have been to Maldives three times and this was the best. Not sure from where to start, we arrived in the morning, the warm welcome by the staff was sincere, we requested early check in and the villa was ready. The Resort is so clean, very green and the villa is very spacious and comfortable in all its small and big details. The smell of the villa puts you immediately into a relaxing mood. We were assigned Ouzz for our stay and he had definitely made it a special one with all his support and availability to address all our needs.
It's the most affordable over water villa found in Maldives with full inclusion and free transfer. The staff are generally friendly. The Indian cuisine is really nice. It is an entry-level resort in Maldives, so don't expect luxurious experience. If your aim is to relax and enjoy the blue waters, this place is for you. There are many marine life that will swim by the over water villa during high tide, so it's really enjoyable to sit by the balcony and watch them.
from the airport pick up to the drop off the following morning, all the hotel staff were efficient, and courteous. our flight was delayed two hours and the rep was waiting with nice air conditioned vehicle to take us direct to hotel. this was a budget hotel for an overnight stay until we got a
seaplane, but the service was great and the staff warm and friendly. breakfast the following morning was fine with fresh omeletes made to order , can’t fall off really
the hotel is very close to the airport. The ride from the airport was complimentary, in a very clean and fancy car. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, with all the necessities, toiletries, a coffee machine, complimentary coffee pods and tea. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok. not too many options, just toast, butter, sausages and curry, but they made us scramble eggs upon request.
Great location to stay either on arrival into the Maldives or before departure. Male island isn't somewhere to stay for the classic Maldives beach experience but the hotel couldn't be nicer and more convenient as a one night stopover. The staff are really helpful and bend over backwards to make the stay as easy and convenient as possible. The free transfer to and from the airport is also really useful. Highly recommended
As in Maldives hostels are prohibited this is good option to get a bed for 1-2 nights max. Entrance doesn’t look nice but the accommodation is ok. Bedsheets and bathrooms were clean and WiFi was working properly. Good location. Eusoph the owner is super kind, welcoming and friendly. When I arrived he picked me up from the port and as he was free for sometime he took me around the island for a quick tour. Thank you 🙏
Good location but facilitaties isn't worth the money,I paid 100$ for 1 night,Its too expensive for Maldives and hotel was like 3 star,Wifi didn't work in room i had to go to coridor everytime to get it,Rooms was seems old to me,I would say it should be 30€ for 1 night. But reception and staff was very good and friendly also helpful. In restaurant food was expensive too.
We've been to Maldives for honeymoon.
I've been so many countries for traveling, but I found that I couldn't see such beautiful and wonderful place in the world.
Our hostess was Lisa. She has a nice personality and was a warm, generous and kind-hearted woman.
We had a great experience and great memories in Lobigili.
Thank you.
Everything, staff was wonderful, location, the room was clean, bed very comfortable, room temperature perfect as it was very hot outside. We only stayed there for a few hours before our late flight and will definetely repeat when we get back to the Maldives and have a late flight. Totally recomend this hotel
We needed to stay in Malé because our int'l flight arrived too late in the day to catch the seaplane to our resort. The Somerset arranged our transfer to/from the airport to the hotel, and they coordinated with the resort for our seaplane flight the next day. Also, the breakfast was delicious!
Easy check-in, the room is good for value, it's clean and well maintained. The bed is bigger than the queen size, although the room is quite small but it is good enough to stay the night before moving to another island or back to the airport. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Stephanie and the other male staff were very helpful. Stephanie provided us as many tips about where to eat, ferry schedule, etc even though she was only a couple months in Maldives. The male staff was very attentive and helpful, carrying the bags and even got us a taxi.
The breakfast was really nice, although found it a little overpriced. The location of the hotel is excellent, and we were upgraded to a superior room that offered magnificent views of the sea and the Male City. The front desk person was helpful and supportive.
We loved everything in our stay. The food and the place were just great. Our host Kate was so kind and super attentive to anything we needed. If we ever come back to Maldives, we’ll come back to this place for sure
The room was nice, good size, clean, hv all needed amenities.
The good thing is the hotel staffs are very nice, friendly, attentive.
The location of the hotel is good, not far from the city.
I was booked a sea view hotel room which i never got whn i arrived
The staff is not supporting and just gave is the worst room in the hotel

we stayed a night in transit to a Maldives resort the next day. Hotel van collected us at airport and took us back the next morning. breakfast was light and just right.
Great scenery, brand new property, food quality, amazing sea water and beach. Deep crystal clear water ideal for swimming (best so far, 4th times in Maldives)
