Lovely hotel on the edge of Hammerfest, overlooking the bay. Room was spacious and clean and the restaurant has great views. Staff were friendly and helpful and although the restaurant was shut by the time we arrived there are an array of snacks available for purchase in the lobby. Although there is no car park belonging to the hotel there is plenty of on-street parking and a large car park in front of the hotel which was free during our stay as it was a public holiday.
The hotel is situated at one end of the town (which itself is effectively in two halves at either ends of the bay) so its a bit of a walk if you want to visit the UNESCO Struve Geodetic Arc monument at the opposite side of town, but most of the bars, shops, cathedral etc are within a 5 minute walk.
