The property was out of the main area and down a little walkway which meant it was completely quiet at night. The wifi was excellent for my job and the staff were lovely. I used Grab all the time and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. I loved my time here.

We loved our stay at Hue Serene Palace Hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, & our view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff are warm, welcoming & very accommodating (they made my partner fresh ginger tea for his stomach whenever we asked). We loved our breakfast each morning, must try banana pancakes! The location for us was very convenient. We would happily return and stay again. Thank you for having us 🙌🏼!

The hotel is just a 20 minute walk from the Imperial City. The room was nice and clean, the staff friendly. I could even check in right away when I arrived in the morning from the night bus at no extra costs.

Breakfast had good choices all the same price. Fried dumplings only got 3 not as much of a deal as other options. But includes tea, coffee or juice. Beds super cosy and big. Free bike hire was good. Shower was nice, lockers and free towels also a benefit.
