The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The food was outstanding..The problem was no hot water to shower. I wanted to have a shower before our meal and the water was ice cold..again I tried to have a shower in the morning before breakfast and again no hot water I had to brave it and take a cold shower, bath was super slippy ,there was no slip mat in the bath or on the bathroom floor, I actually slipped getting out of the shower..The bed was uncomfortable you felt every spring In the mattress...Breakfast was beautiful, but could gave been warmer..we raised out concerns with the receptionist, still waiting on a response

The owner was lovely and very welcoming. We had everything we needed and the rooms were excellent - probably the best room I have seen for a B&B in Dublin by far. We had sufficed towles, shampoo, slippers and even bathrobes. The bed was very large and comfortable, the room was quite. The breakfast is included and not only very tasty but you are able to choose from several options.
I can highly recommend this B&B

I loved Coleraine. I was at university here many years ago. I have always had a fondness for the town and its people. They are always friendly. The valuable thing about the town is its convenience to Portstewart and Portrush. Great area for history and for walking. The sea air is wonderful.

All in all, the place was a good value for the money.
All in all, the place was a good value for the money. It was conveniently located for shopping and for excursions outside the city. It was clean, easily accessible, had good parking and the internet was good. The mattresses needed to be upgraded. Overall, I would recommend it.

Liked the shopping, and convenience to other parts of the North coast. As the weather was good we enjoyed the beautiful beaches. We found the people friendly and good crack. The roads were very good and it was easy to get from A to B.
We stayed in the Lodge Hotel and we found it to be really good value and especially really good food.
This is a new, modern, well-equipped and comfortable property. We were met on arrival by Lydia who gave us a quick tour of the property and then left us to our own devices. It is a great location for touring the North Antrim Coast/the top half of the Causeway Coastal Route. The beautiful train ride to Derry/Londonderry is just a 45 minute journey. The beds are extremely comfortable as were the reclining sofas! The main bathroom and en-suite were well presented and showers were highly effective. Perfect from our perspective.
We had an amazing stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything you would need and more. Our children loved the Wii and the retro games console plus there was an extensive range of dvds to choose from. Board games, puzzles, books and lots of holiday essentials available. There was a constant supply of hot water and an ensuite shower. We loved our stay and if we are travelling to Northern ireland again we will definitely book here again.
This is a top notch apartment. We are currently touring Northern Ireland and this place is a stand out. Modern and so comfortable and cost effective. We could easily walk into Coleraine but parking within the apartment complex was also so simple. Dishwasher and washing machine a bonus. We so enjoyed the easy proximity to Giants Causeway, Bushmills Distillery and Portrush.
Lastly, Darryl was a great host, very responsive and helpful.
The location was very handy for portstewart and portrush as well as coleraine shops. The accomodation was lovely and clean. So quiet and peaceful if you're after a relaxing break and sightseeing. Terry the owner was great and he went out of his way to ensure everything was ok. Being able to bring your dog is also great . Would definitely recommend this place and I intend to return to it again soon.
Lovely and clean but very dated and the rooms I thought I'd booked for the price wasn't what we got family room was small double with a single in the same room (x2 rooms) breakfast was ok, eatable and plenty of it...the restaurant was faultless the service was great, staff super friendly and food was amazing. Staff all threw the hotel were pleasant and helpful. .
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy free parking too! You are in a busy business park (Not Noisy) this is handy for Sainsbury’s or M&S.
there is a good restaurant attached to the hotel. This is an old Premier inn hotel, however it looks nothing like a premier inn, all modern rooms very clean and tidy. Would I stay again YES!
The hotel is looking freshly refurbished, all clean. Power shower with plenty of hit water. Comfortable bed. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Friendly staff both on reception and in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were of a good quality. Value for money.
Giant Causeway only 20 minutes drive from it.
All in all recommend for a short stay.
In love with this place, it is magical in every way. Angela is a fantastic hostess and her passion is evident in every detail. The house and gardens are enchanting. We stayed in the Scullery which was so charmingly decorated. Breakfast was also lovely with a gorgeous menu. I will be back next time Im in Northern Ireland :-)
Ended up staying in another property owned by the same people, customer service is absolutely amazing, house was lovely and so comfortable. Had everything we needed and great value. So close to town centre and a 2 minute walk to the station. Probably one of my best experiences via booking.com
Highly recommend
The house was central to everything 2 min walk from bus station and town centre. Owner was fantastic and extremely helpful would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to travel to Coleraine and will definitely make this my regular place to stay each time I return to visit family
The room was comfortable, the parking was free and there was food on-site in the restaurant. There was a supermarket within walking distance and the hotel was convenient to attractions on the Antrim Coast and also to Belfast, just an hour away.
The Hotel was perfect location, amazing decor, warm and very friendly. Staff were lovely nothing was a problem. They work long hours and deliver excellent service with a smile
on their faces through tough times with vivid restrictions.
A super apartment, fully equipped for a family holiday. The location is perfect for touring the North Coast and Ashley was very attentive and made us feel so welcome. Any concerns or queries were readily attended to. Thanks so much.
Excellent location to supermarkets and town centre. Host extremely accommodating. Home very cosy. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here during my future visits to Coleraine, Northern Ireland.
Well appointed and very nicely decorated apartment, we had a great stay in Coleraine. The weather gods were with us: we had a wonderful day visiting the Giants Causeway and driving along the coast.
Everything, friendly staff, beautiful house and location, very clean and lovely gardens, our host Angela even gave us a lift into coleraine as there were no taxis, a genuinely lovely lady.
