The hotel was easy to find and having a restaurant next door was really good. It was within easy reach of Dunfermline Abbey and other shops and services.

The facility was clean and neat. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us, including arranging a takeaway breakfast as my partner could not leave his meeting to join us for breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Overall I loved my stay.

Not a big city , nice places to eat, fantastic big country park , near to city centre, absolutely wonderful, donated by Andrew Carnegie. Easy rail or bus travel to major cities, fairly reasonable prices, but don’t use ScotRail app, get paper tickets.you can travel on the buses all day for £ 11.50 pp. by purchasing a east of Scotland day rider ticket, good value. Plenty of decent shops and supermarkets close to hotel, lovely big church and abbey ruins close by.

A gem of a city, and a secret that now the people of Edinburgh are cottoning onto. It's got a beautiful Heritage Quarter with loads of trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. Fantastic old buildings, a huge amount of history and one of the most beautiful parks in the world - Pittencrieff Park - is glorious. It really is like a mini-Edinburgh without the fuss and crowds, and such a lovely place to hang out.

We travelled to visit Knockhill Racing Circuit for a booked experience day.
Arrived on a lovely sunny day so decided to visit Pittencrief park on our way to the hotel (Adamson Hotel in crossford) where we had a great walk around the park and encountered many of the beautiful sights including the squirrels.
All in all a wonderful visit and we will definitely be back at some point in the (hopefully not too distant) future
This is a period country house hotel in beautiful gardens. The rooms were immaculately clean, attractive large room with ample space and storage. The breakfast choice was excellent and service very attentive. We ate in the dining room one evening and the standard of cuisine and service was again excellent, a most enjoyable meal.
We will be visiting Dunfermline often as our daughter has relocated there, and the Garvock will definitely be our place to stay, thank you to all the staff for your kindness and for making our stay so enjoyable.
The hotel was very well located within the town centre , and only a few minutes walk from.the alhambra theatre , where we were attending an event . The check in was very good and we were shown all the way to our room by the member if staff. Although we didn't use the dining facilities, the menu looked very substantial, and the dining areas looked stunning .
Beautiful view from our room and very helpful staff. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Breakfast was great. It was a little challenging without a car but there is a bus stop across the street and staff was very helpful in getting taxis. there were usually taxis at the train station in Dunfermline and Inverkeithing as well. Highly recommended!
We stayed in a lovely, great sized family room. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Truly wonderful breakfast & the service in the breakfast room was excellent. Bar staff were also very friendly. Excellent hotel and will hopefully stay there next year, when the England v Scotland bowls charity international, takes place again in Dunfermline.
Decent enough value.
Warm, comfortable and clean.
Handy hotel bar and restaurant, also a shop and chippy nearby.
Convenient location for my purposes (Dunfermline /Edinburgh/motorway links... although you need a car.)
Friendly, efficient staff.... mostly.
Plenty of hot water.
Large free car park.
Nice outside space... obviously weather dependant.
Appartment has perfect location in calm street, its very quiet even though it is close to the city centre offers lot of privacy. This location allows you to use public transport (bus station and train station in short distance). Also good for shopping. And few minuts walk to beautiful Dunfermline abbey. Its for affordable price.
Property is perfect for an overnight or weekend stay. Really well kitted out and a lovely decked area to enjoy the sun. Everything you need for a weekend is there and the location is perfect for a wander into Dunfermline town centre. Contact with J and A is spot on and they could not be any more helpful. 100% recommended.
First class hotel in every respect and great to see at least some hotels are back to full working practices after Covid. To every other hotel out there who is still using tired old excuses for laziness take a look at the Holiday Inn Express Dunfermline for what you should be doing
Massive and modern room, comfortable, quiet and with air conditioning, king size bed. Loved it. The hotel is located in an old beautiful building in the town centre and it has been renovated with high standards. It has a lift to all floors.
We liked that the hotel was just outside the town centre, as we wanted a nice place to just chill out and relax, where the hotel is located there is still plenty of things to do around the hotel there were lots of places to eat.
Staff were lovely, very helpful. We were going to a wedding and they went the extra mile ensuring one of our rooms was ready early so we could get changed. The breakfast was good, and the whole hotel was really clean.
A very nicely decorated and clean hotel in the very centre of Dunfermline staff were very helpful and cheerful. Room was comfortable with large en-suite with very good shower. Parking available
Only a short drive from Edinburgh Airport, so relatively cheaper and convenient for a stay before an early morning flight. Comfortable beds and facilities. Easy parking
