Great breakfast buffet, staff friendly, rooms spacious and clean and great big bed. Gym was great and spacious all new and kept clean. Love the free water in the rooms too! Once the hotel has more guests will be great and good atmosphere and the restaurant with the beach club down the back will be great for entertainment and parties.

I loved everything, the tent, the bathroom, the lagoon, the stuff, the restaurant food. The place was clean and we had a good time. Yes, it was expensive, but we knew that already from visits to other resorts at Bintan.
Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room.

Great location, right next to the ferry terminal. Very attentive and friendly staff without hovering. Got early check in and late check out without asking. Great lagoon and room right next to it. Jacuzzi worked well and room facilities good. Unlimited towels, buggy rides. Spacious room ample for one king and two single beds for the kids.
Featuring an infinity pool with sea views, Bintan Island’s Nirwana Resort offers a full spa and fitness centre. Its rooms overlook the pool, garden or sea. Free WiFi is provided in the room.

I wish I had done more thorough research prior to coming to Bintan island and booking my stay here. This island is a tourist trap, through to the core. Everything is more expensive than Singapore here as places have the service charge and tourist tax on top of all of the prices, so an additional 21%. Once you are in your resort it's also hard to leave. With the amount of staff to guest ratio as well you genuinely had no time alone or peace and you were constantly under their watchful eye. This is not something I consider a relaxing vacation.
The food portions were relatively economical as well and choice was slim. I wish I had stocked up on snacks from Singapore supermarkets to have here as the choice from the overpriced hote shop was also slim and overpriced. This island is definitely geared towards Asian tourists. Every activity is some form of tourist trap and you genuinely don't see much of 'Indonesian culture' when here.
Also ensure to have cash on you for the tourist visa that you need to pay on arrival where you can't pay by card.
Banyan Tree Bintan offers luxurious Balinese-style villas with a private spa pool and free Wi-Fi, steps from a private beachfront. This peaceful resort boasts a world-class spa and an outdoor pool.

Great weekend getaway from Singapore.
Great weekend getaway from Singapore. Easy access via ferry and lots of top 5-star and also more economical resorts to choose from. Beach is quite decent, though the beaches in Bali, Krabi and Boracay are significantly better.

Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal.
Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal. If you contact the hotel in advance, you may be able to arrange free terminal-hotel transfer. We stayed at Bintan Resorts at Angsana Beach, a collection of three hotels sharing a well kept private beach. We did not go to Lagoi because the shuttle bus as been stopped and the taxi is S$25 one way.

We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do at the property itself for the three days that we spent at Natra. We did not have to step outside the property so there was not much exploring of Lagoi Beach beyond the Treasure Island area which was amazing and impressive.
The always smiling, ever-helpful staff at Natra Bintan was icing on the perfect cake of this holiday.

Things are generally more expensive within the resorts in Lagoi area. Advise to purchase beverages, snacks and other necessities from outside stores or mini marts instead.
Sand dunes and blue lake great for pics/vids but weather can be extremely hot so drink lots of fluids or buy from the local drink stores when you make your way in.
Visited 500 Luo Han Temple located on the hillside and Guan Yin Temple in Tanjung Pinang.

The grounds and views were spectacular - if you don’t play golf there is absolutely nothing to do - it can become quite boring.
The price of meals and drinks is sooo expensive that it is a joke. The location is so remote that there are no alternatives other than to dine in.
Good location near ferry terminal and Treasure Bay. Bus shuttle from and to ferry. Clean tent, good decor for safari test with rustic vintage look. Lots of water activities - we tried the couple kayak and bumper boat.
good variety of food at Patio restaurant for breakfast and can also eat at Anmon. Options for vegetarian food also available.
Good vibes in the evening for drinks.
Buggy provided to take to activity center.
Can pay by card at all activity points.
Laid back and chill environment. the children enjoyed running around the villas, and in the common area.

close proximity to lagoi beach. felt like private beach as we were the only ones there when we visited.
Ample privacy within the villa
Service was slow but all staff were friendly
We love that this villa is only a 15 minute ride from the Ferry terminal and shuttle transport is provided.
The villa looks awesome! We love using the pool and bathtub. FYI the pool is 1.4m deep, but there are stairs at one end so our 4 year old son can still enjoy the pool with our supervision.
Staff are super friendly. We enjoyed the buggy rides, archery, and the gorgeous white sand private beach right in front of the restaurant.
the service here is legit one of the best i have experienced so far. the staff here are so helpful and kind. the resort is right beside treasure bay which makes it very convenient and there is even a 20% discount for hotel guests if you purchase their bundles over the counter. we rented the scooter as well since the place was huge if not, there are buggy service available too (but have to wait awhile for the buggy though)
Great pool villa for a family weekend getaway. The pool was very enjoyable and the nearby beach is excellent. They give you your own buggy to navigate the sprawling estate, so getting around is not an issue. Food is alright, and the Calypso bar is great place for a nightcap. Staff is very courteous and eager to help, which is a big plus (their English language skills were also better than expected).
Direct Access to beach, hotel provides beach towels and beach baskets in our room to make it seamless to enjoy beach activites. Room is clean has compact kitchen that is well equippped. Service is excellent. Andi is most helpful with our transport arrangement and booking of restaurants outside the resort as the hotel tax stand counter was closed for the day.
I am a regular here and there is a reason why I am. The resort is well maintained and its staff are friendly. The pools are splendid overlooking the sandy beach, and the food is delicious, especially at the Kelong Restaurant. Don't miss the cocktail bar too. And they help book our day tours in which we experience the real Bintan.
Exceptional beauty of the colonial style of the hotel. Very kind service. Beautiful vegetation of the garden. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Very convenient transportation back and forth from the ferry terminal. Absolutly delighted and I strongly recommend especially from Singapore
I liked the novel concept of glamping and the experiences offered to us as guests. It was a nice getaway and something different from the usual resorts and hotels. A self contained resort so everything you need is in there and you don’t have to go out.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The beach is beautiful and quite clean.
Love the food at Spice. The rest of the restaurant food were average and expensive.
There was bus service to ferry people around which makes it convenient.
The view is stunning. Love the beach access! Breakfast was awesome as it was quite a spread. Love the big pool the most, especially it's rather empty since there are not too many guests yet (the hotel was partially open).
Very clean and well priced hotel with very helpful staff. Sandi on the front desk was very helpful booking transport and providing suggestions on places to see.
