The hotel was perfect with everything, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, the open buffet breakfast on the beach and the sun loungers were available for use, it was a holiday that we can recommend to everyone.

It was worth the money. The room was in the new building so it was nice and clean. The food was good (you could always choose between fish, meat or chicken), always big variety of vegetables. Also sometimes we didn’t want to have lunch at 12:00 so we could go to the snack bar near the pool later. (There you could have proper lunch with some meat, veggies etc.) The biggest plus of this hotel is aqua park. My child was happy, however working time could be a bit longer. I must say about entertaining program as it was always lovely. Every day they have kids disco and after different show for adults. The staff was kind. Most of them could speak English, even if not there always will be someone who can help. So generally it was nice.

Perfect location, close to all the main touristic sites. Great staff and good access to other amenities (the hotel's Hamam is a must try) and restaurants (Nabucco, Merlot).

The location is amazing! Right at the beach. Breakfast was great, with the best view. Staff at the beach was very friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The price was good.

+ Fast check in; the staff are very friendly and helpful and can speak some English and Russian (and some even a little Dutch :D) + The room was cosy and clean (except the bathroom could use better cleaning), everything looked rather new except a bit aged shower/toilet (maybe the water stains just need better cleaning) + Very comfy pillows - that’s super rare in hotels! + The hallways and the bar terrace are nicely decorated and cosy for an evening chat; there’s decent air conditioning in the restaurant so it wasn’t too hot too eat + The hotel area is surrounded by multiple shops and restaurants and looked rather safe at night + Wifi was free with a good signal in the room (but super slow, it took ages to even upload a picture so I couldn’t use it for work) + The beach is clean and uncrowded, at around 8-min walking distance; the foreshore has small smooth pebbles so it’s safe to get in the water barefoot; the sea is mostly wavy like elsewhere in Alanya but the water is beautiful and warm + Kettle for tea in the room (and you can get some extra teabags from the restaurant)
