We got in the apartment with exactly 0 issues and were instantly in love with it! There's a hidden bathroom masked as a wardrobe!! There's everything you'd need for a good morning - snacks, coffee, water, JUICE! The beds were comfy, the snacks - tasty, the coffee - strong. There are little notes explaining how to switch on the lights, open and close the shutters, operate the oven - so you don't have to sit and wonder how th to go out on the terrace. The host was very sweet and responsive, gave detailed instructions how to find the apartment, and answered messages promptly. I'd say that if we come around to Bologna again - we are definitely staying here.
