Nha Tan - Mai Chau Homestay and Tours is a recently renovated homestay in Mai Chau, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Everything about the homestay was perfect- everyone was so welcoming the minute I arrived and it was in such a beautiful location. The food was amazing too!

I stayed in two different homestays in Mai Chau, and Meadow was by far my favorite. 1) The location is so wonderful, a little outside the village which makes it so peaceful. It's away from the main tourist hub (Lac Village). 2) They have a beautiful deck that is so nice to spend time on. I found it surprisingly free of bugs and mosquitos. 3) The food is so good! I ended up coming back to eat dinner even when I was staying at a different homestay. 4) I stayed in a private room which was really nice. Everything is wooden, simple, and well made. You can hear a lot of sounds from outside the rooms, but I found this to be true of everywhere in Mai Chau. It's mostly quiet people staying here, though, so this wasn't a problem. It's much quieter than in the village. 5) Easy to rent a bicycle here and I thought the bicycles they had were better quality than those of other tourists I saw riding around, which I appreciated as I rode up into the mountains and it was exhausting - so I was glad I had a good bike.

The retreat is a beautiful oasis in Mai Chau. The pool is a special gem of the retreat. We loved that it was eco friendly and all of the products and food spoke to this. The meals were delicious and fresh. The room was comfortable and had AC which was a pleasant touch. The property is beautiful and was the perfect place to stop and relax for a day. Highly recommend!

A good location for a stress-free stay in Mai Chau, Cò's House is a homestay surrounded by views of the mountain. The property features a garden, terrace and private parking among other facilities. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. After staying in different hotels in Vietnam I have to update the rating from 9 to 10. This was definitely the most charming place. The host is amazing, helpful, easy to talk to, and generaly the most perfect host you can imagine. We could use bikes for free, he helped to prepre them. Breakfast was in two styles - local or 'continental', the local was big soup which gave us energy for the whole day. The room had all necesary ammenities, and shower was a big plus. The view from window was on street with cute homestays and shops, but in the night it was quiet, the balcony was additional perk, quite unusual and only one we had during 2 week travel. The location is also very good - just in the middle of the charming village (and possibly quite turistic in the high season). We liked stay in this place the most.

Rooms are located in the second floor, clean and well maintained with a balcony overlooking the rice fields and mountains. The view is stunning! The family is lovely and welcoming, prepare delicious fruit smoothies with yogurt. We had also diner which was tasty, specially we liked papaya salad. For breakfast we got delicious local fruit, eggs and pancakes. We got good a map at arrival with recommendations for sightseeing Mai Chau valley by motorbike and bike and help to arranged the motorbikes for us. We highly recommend this homestay!!
