The building is old, so the price is alright for what you get. I got a private room with bathroom. Just a word of advice, DO NOT book taxis with the hostel directly. We paid 260,000 for a private car from mandalay to Bagan. We asked the driver and they ONLY PAID him 170k so that means they TOOK and KEPT a HUGE commission!!! Almost 90k ???!? Water and coffee available. I stayed in a private room and in a dorm and both rooms were good. The hostel staff are wonderful and helpful young people.
