The hostel is a great nights sleep and in a perfect location. I did tours of halong bay, sapa and the hagiang loop with the hostel and enjoyed them all very much. Would definitely recommend! Mai at reception was very helpful.

The bed was comfy. The sheets were crisp and fresh. The location is perfect. There are curtains for privacy, and reading lights. The staff were super nice too! They helped me extend my stay but were very gracious when I had a change of plan. They kept my luggage safe. The boy at the reception super helpfully helped me retrieve something I had forgotten the day after I checked out. The lady at the reception kept my mail safe for me. All in all probably the best hostel I've stayed at!
