Sabrina and Fabian served and are terrific! Friendly, inquisitive, helpful, and alway genuinely smiling and upbeat. Bfast was excellent, esp the warm and very French croissant. The hotel location is close to the heart of town but just enough out of the way to minimize noise. Nonetheless, we slept like babies on comfortable beds and pillows in a generous sized corner superior room.

Very attentive staff serving juices, eggs, and excellent freshly roasted coffee! Atmosphere: Cosy, well-decorated, well-designed, absolutely lovely! PS: One of the VERY rare places on the island with good Wifi!!

Situated in Santa Cruz de la Palma, El Hotelito 27 provides a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The staff was very nice and although I booked a single-bed room, I got a bigger room for two with a big nice shower. I slept very well and the hotel was easy to find.

I liked the remote setting overlooking the wild coastline. The landscaping and planting of the grounds is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa. Food choice was fine and staff were gracious. It was nice that it was off peak and that it was not crowded at all.

Hotel La Palma Romántica offers elegant accommodation within the picturesque Laurisilva Forest. It has 2 pools, a spa and rooms with views of the Atlantic Ocean, or surrounding mountains. I loved the style of the hotel, felt like I was in a beautiful castle at the same time it had traditional canarian features, I loved the lovely staff who made our visit very pleasant.
