I found this hotel after trying others that were booked up ( We are not from the area ) but what a pleasant surprise absolutely outstanding.

The menus suggested a very high quality as did the fact that the restaurant was fully booked so make sure that you book ahead of your stay.

The bathroom had a spacious shower with soap and shampoo dispensers. The breakfasts were tasty and filling and again the dining room was spotless. Coffee and Tea were topped up every day and this was a standout as everywhere I have been before you get it only on your arrival day. As for its location, you could not ask for better close to it all but still quiet at night.

This family-run Georgian manor is set in secluded grounds only 3 miles from Lincoln and has an AA rosette award for its food. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. Probably the best value hotel near Lincoln situated in fine gardens. The food, including breakfast and dinner, was delicious. But above all the staff were very professional and tended for our requests in a quick, professional and courteous manner.
