In the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lister Arms is a quintessential English pub and AA 4-star 18th-century inn, offering home-cooked food and cosy accommodation. Vi tyckte om det vänligta mottagandet, frukosten var suveränt och läget bra. Vi kom dock den 1 januari så öppethållandet var begränsat. Övertygad om att det är ett toppenställe när det är mer i säsong.

Detta charmiga georgianska hotell har utsikt över Richmonds kullerstenstorg och det normandiska slottet. Hotellet är fullt av karaktär och värme och ligger bara 6,4 km från A1. WiFi är gratis. The locationn was absolutly perfect ,in the main square in Richmond. We stayed two nights and were able to explore Richmond at our leisure . The room was fabulous, with a very spaceous ensuite with bath tub and shower. We could not ask for better. The staff were fantastic and the food was delicious

The location is excellent as it has a great view of the river and the fells. One can take a walk and enjoy these sights. There is a lovely tea room off hotel property you can go to should you wish. The room we had was cozy and warm, very comfortable bed. The restaurant was lovely and the food was very good. There is also a lounge you can stay in and play board games or just keep warm. Parking was adequate and free.

Fabulous manor house that has been beautifully converted to a hotel and restaurant/bar. It is also a wedding venue. The real candlelight every evening is magical. The staff was attentive yet not invasive. It was relaxing to be a guest there.

Great Pub & Hotel. Run by Emily & Claire. Made to feel very welcome on every visit. Staff are great friendly & outgoing. Nothing is ever too much trouble . From the moment you walk through the door to leaving it's a lovely relaxing stay. Rooms are lovely & comfortable with everything you need. Food is lovely as well, very plentiful & reasonably priced. We love visiting the Wheatsheaf. And we can't wait to visit again in January. Keep up the good work we would not stay anywhere else

The food is fantastic here and the rooms were beautifully appointed. All of the staff were delightful We were traveling with two other people and the hotel upgraded their room to a gorgeous suite! There’s also parking in the back of the property which is very nice.
