The owners are very lovely people and will welcome you warmly. This goes a long way! The breakfast was good, we took it to our balcony which was super nice. Room was very clean, fresh, well furnished with a decent bathroom. Bed was very good quality nice places to put your belongings

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Grounds well kept and loved the overall wooden style of the rooms and the main buildings. Food at the Tree Top restaurant was delicious with a good variety on the menu. Nice touches by the hotel, like providing a welcome drink, giving the guests a thorough introduction to the hotel by the staff, offering a "hot bag" before bed (goodness knows why, especially with a massively thick doona on the bed), and placing a few free items in the minibar.

It’s was my hiking plans around the Batur… so I was really happy to find this place to stay in… very nice service… they all were super polite … cooking grate food!!! Really tasty. And even clean all my clothes when I even ask about that … so in 1 hour all my wardrobe was nearly get new look like../ after my long day hiking ….
