All the facilities we needed were provided. Breakfast was the best during our holidays. Everything is clean and tidy and ready to use, the room has a mini fridge and all the set up to save you from the mosquitoes. The staff is absolutely lovely.

I Cinque Balconi er staðsett í aðeins 50 metra fjarlægð frá Punta Barone-ströndinni og í 200 metra fjarlægð frá höfninni á eyjunni Salina. Lovely room with an amazing view. The restaurant is wonderful and I also liked breakfast in the garden.

Hotel Mamma Santina er með arkitektúr í Eólískum stíl og er til húsa í nokkrum húsum með verönd, svölum eða innanhúsgarði. We absolutely enjoyed our time here! The room with the terrace and sea view was great! It is central but still quite. The hotel is very well designed - it's cozy and still feels private even though there are a few rooms. The staff is very friendly. We were even able to get an early check-in and late check-out as we had problems with the ferries. We highly recommend this place!

La Locanda Del Postino er staðsett á eyjunni Salina í Pollara, aðeins 400 metra frá sjónum. Staying in this charming family owned hotel was definitely the highlight of my 3 weeks in Sicily! The family who run the hotel was really helpful and gave me good tips what to do on the island, they made me feel very comfortable, they even let me stay one extra night after closing the hotel. My room was really clean, nicely decorated and had a stunning seaview with views to Filicudi Alicudi. From the terazza you could enjoy the sunset every evening while sipping your aperitivo. Breakfast was great and filling. Pollara as a location is a really small place with not much services (I think my hotel was the only one operating there during my stay and it was closing as well for the winter). I was also travelling during the low season, so I don't how it is during the hight season. But I didn't really mind the lack of services because this kind of peaceful and authentic place away from tourist massed was something I was looking for. Also there was amazing restaurant at the hotel that was visited by people from other parts of the island as well, so I was not left hungry! Also there's minibus going quite frequently to other villages on the island where there are supermarket, some restaurants and farmacy etc. but renting a moped or a car would definitely give you more freedom. Famous and beautiful pollara beach is at 15 min walking distance. All in all I enjoyed a lot and left the place with wistful feelings. Grazie mille!

Hotel Punta Scario er með útsýni yfir Tyrrenahaf frá kletti á eyjunni Salina. Boðið er upp á herbergi með svölum eða verönd. This is a fantastic place to stay. Great location (walkway to beach, near local bus stop, short walk to central piazza with restaurants etc). Beautiful pool area, apertivo terrace and grounds with great views. Simple, big and clean room with terrace. Everything as shown in photos. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Hopefully will return one day. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is pure perfection. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. To make our stay even better, there was wonderful friendly, and professional staff that made us feel welcome from the first moment. I appreciate their attention to detail - they noticed that it was my partner's birthday so they came with a small cake to congratulate him :) The breakfast offers a nice variety of sweet and savory items so we were 100% satisfied.

Hotel Ravesi is surrounded by green gardens, and is just 500 metres from the beach in Salina Island. Its beautifully furnished rooms offer panoramic sea or garden views and free internet. Hotel Ravesi continues to be my most favourite place to stay on earth. We spent our week there relaxing by the infinity pool, exploring the nearby volcanic beaches and having aperitivo in the garden while watching Stromboli errupt on the horizon. Just perfect! The rooms were comfortable, clean and well equipped and we are SO excited to return after the big renovation! Nadia, the general manager, is just a wonderful person and really went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional. The whole team and the Ravesi family are just so lovely. We would absolutely recommend the sunset boat trip, it was the highlight of our stay!
