We left some stuff in the room (on purpose so the people who work there can have it, but we forgot to tell) so without notice he came to the airport to bring us the clothes. He went out his way to get it back to us (which was not necessary so we paid his cab of course). Beside of that, they’re very friendly, good breakfast in the morning, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and good amenities. We will stay here for sure again!!

Very close to the center but still in a quite zone, which is very pleasant for sleeping well. Huge bed! Very clean, good wifi, and big room and bathroom. The hotel has many services and they are fast and work very well: they did my laundry in the morning and I had my clothes back in the evening, also, they booked a bus ticket and transfer to the bus station for me. They have free bikes, which are nice to move around the city. Also, breakfast is very complete and the banana pancakes are just delicious! Ben is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I am visiting Luang Prabang again!

Amazing lotus ponds - we absolutely loved having breakfast beside the pond and visiting the very nice restaurant for dinner. The textile theming was also quite nice. Location is excellent - a short walk to the night market and all of the action but on a quiet street. Would absolutely stay here again.

L'hotel està molt bé. L'habitació està neta i cuidada. L'entorn és preciós i el personal de l'hotel sempre està pendent de les teves necessitats. Els esmorzars tipus buffet son espectaculars. Com que està lluny del centre, ells disposen de transfer gratuit 3 o 4 cops al dia.

This was my fourth time at this hotel over many years. It still retains all its charm and personality. It's in an ideal location and the staff and management offer an experience second to none. I particularly like the fact its understated, quiet but centrally located right next to the river. I have stayed in other places in Luang Prabang but always seem to drift back here. That says a lot. They also have an excellent wine cellar at very reasonable prices

The atmosphere of old colonial hotel was stunning. The idea of a la carte breakfast - perfect: you get just cooked dishes and as much as you can eat. The bed linen was like in all finest hotels. And the bed was huge. We also liked the wardrobe and robes. Our balcony with a view - one love.

Spectacular property with a waterfall and river running through the property. Each suite is beautifully designed by renowned architect and interior designer Bill Bensley. The gardens are well kept and the pool area has lots of private areas for use. Restaurant and bar areas are amazing. All staff are courteous, cheerful and on hand to assist with your every need.
