The amazing cabin is on a quiet and beautiful beach! One of the best ones to our opinion in trincomalee. You have private sunbeds. The hosting family is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and huge! The host offers great trips around the area with fair prices and we took the dolphins sighting! We saw many many dolphins and even 1 whale! We also hired bike from him. Definitely recommend the place. Good wifi!

It’s such a luxury experience to have a room by the beach. The view inside the room is already like a movie. Direct beach access. Great and wild beach. Staff catering to you every need from managing lagoon trip, portion island diving to money exchange. Great food. Beachside BBQ at night is such a wonderful experience. Justifiable price.

Offering a year-round outdoor swimming pool and views of the sea, Amanta Beach is set in Nilaveli, 20 km from Trincomalee. Each air-conditioned room offers a view. Rooms have a private bathroom. We stayed at Amanta Beach Resort for two nights and wished we would have stayed for a week! The property is beautiful and private but close enough to Nilaveli & Trinco that you could take a Tuk Tuk if you needed to. The rooms were spotless, beautiful, and everything worked perfectly (including the air con). As previous reviewers have said, the beach is your own little private slice of paradise. We were there a few weeks before the heavy season, so the seas were a bit rough, but we spent many hours lounging in the chairs on the sand! The food was amazing too! We had dinner one night and it was one of the best meals that we've had on our year abroad. The owner/chef comes out and explains everything and tells you where he got the ingredients from (mostly his on-site garden). Shyakthi and his staff make this place what it is! They all go above and beyond to make sure you're enjoying yourself and that you're comfortable. They put a lot of time and energy into the entire experience and it shows. There is a reason this hotel is rated 9+ on Booking and you should definitely come see for yourself!

Gorgeous setting, smallish new property, beautiful top resort quality rooms. ocean view, absolutely lovely place, walk short path to ocean, pool, lounge chair setup under cabanas. nice restaurant on the beach, ask for Sri Lankan breakfast the night before. arranged scuba diving easily (good wreck diving at Trincomalee) fabulous snorkeling at Pigeon Island (turtles, sharks, etc) easily arranged by boat from resort.

Very friendly & helpful host! Our 1 year old child got a breathing difficultys while we explored Trincomalee. When we got back to resort, owner organized for us transport to hospital in 5 min.He came along with us, had already informed the hospital of our situation. We got to see a doctor straight away, not a wanting a minute. Our child got quick treatment and everything is ok with her now! Host at resort got also lots of local connections with sea-sport activities and whale watching tours and so on. As well he is a very good cook and making fabulous food! Thanks for a great stay and helping out our family in unpredictable situation!

Hema Holiday Villa situa-se em Triquinimale, a 2 minutos a pé de Praia de Uppuveli e 4,3 km de Kanniya Hot Springs. The owner was very nice and polite, he stayed up for me and did everything I needed as I checked into the hotel late that night. The owner said it was newly opened. The hotel was much nicer, cleaner and neater than we expected. The bathroom was excellent. There were all facilities for making tea. The mattress was very nice. The pillow was great. Wifi worked good and fast. From here it is a two minute walk to the beach. The beach was nice and clean. The service of this hotel is amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and warm hospitality! Thank you, we’ll come back .

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice… they allowed for an early check in and a late check out upon request and the host was very kind.
