The resort’s size and layout makes it feel like there aren’t so many people around, although of course that wasn’t the case.

Bania Boutique House in Khao Lak provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. A Very nice and new place with a very tasteful design in our eyes. Very clean and friendly staff that immediately solves any issues we had, like the clogged drain in the shower. I’ve just mentioned it ones and 30 minutes later everything was well done! Absolutely worth it to stay!!!

The hotel has only been ‘soft’ open for a few days and although the reception area was not completed, this in no way detracted from the great beachside location. Our pool villa was full of light, with contemporary furnishings and a super comfortable bed. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and always helpful, although a little more English would be perfect. We shall be back for longer next time

Hotel molto bello e ben strutturato ideale sopratutto per famiglie. Le camere sono molto ampie e con ogni confort, noi avevamo il terrazzino con la piscina che comunicava con le altre stanze. Molto bella per farsi il bagno e per rilassarsi leggendo un buon libro. Il bagno della camera ottimo con doccia e vasca grandi. Colazione ottima con tanta scelta. Uno dei migliori posti in cui sia stato nella vita, il migliore in thailandia. La struttura non è nuovissima e richiederebbe qualche sistemazione. Il posto è meraviglioso, sia come spazi verdi, che come piscine e mare. Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti, il ristorante è ottimo sia a buffet che alla carta. Ma quello che ha veramente fatto la differenza e che da solo vale il massimo punteggio è il personale. Dai camerieri del ristorante, agli addetti alla reception, al portiere, al facchino. Tutti estremamente cortesi, disponibili, gentili, sorridenti e sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema, ad accontentare ogni richiesta, ad aiutarti a trascorrere una ottima permanenza. Un applauso a tutto lo staff.

This was our second stay here but first in the large duplex rooms. Brilliant amount of space for the money. Pool great, near the beach. There’s lots of development of the bar taking place which will make this a real gem when completed. Nice quiet chilled atmosphere but close enough to walk to the shops with taxis waiting to take you to the night market should you wish. Can’t wait to come back.

We very much enjoyed every day of our stay. The spacious villa, the location, the beach, the daily yoga and the massages. Very friendly staff everywhere. They might not be fluent in English but you can always let them know what you need. We got everything we needed. Just ask for it. They go the extra mile.

Amazing property! Perfect for my purpose of the trip, I booked expecting to have a chill, beachside vacation with my mum. It’s suitable for older people and family. Price to performance ratio is good. Yes, it’s a bit old and don’t expect a five star service for the price paid, obviously. But staff is kind, rooms are adequate and everything was perfect. I will choose to stay again. There is also a beachside massage service from the hotel which was nice. Happy hour was great.

Abbiamo avuto modo di cambiare stanza, per una gita di un giorno, e anche quelle piu semplici sono molto belle. Lo consiglio. Reception molto attenta, Nun, ha risolto un problema di trasporti.

This was our second stay in a deluxe bedroom and it was fabulous yet again. Staff are welcoming and ever friendly. The lower pool is our fav, with the swim up bar. Very relaxing with comfy sun beds and plenty of umbrellas. The Leaf is only just a short stroll from the action of khaolak, but is beautifully quiet. It's amazing value for money and we will hopefully return.
