Very friendly and great hospitality. The place is in the jungle, good atmosphere, good breath. Further more good drinks, cocktails, relax musics. Clean room and can enjoin sound of the nature. It seems that they do read reviews and make improvements: - There are blackout curtains (not 100% blackout though, as it wouldn't fit the design). - I was asked if I needed help carrying my stuff into the room. - They don't require guests to take off their shoes; I specifically asked if I needed to take mine off beforehand. As for the English proficiency, it still holds true - whenever you ask something uncommon, they will contact their head office right away. It's not a big deal, as long as they are polite and attentive (which they are).
