Excellent hotel, almost brand new and a great value! The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is good size with all amenities and excellent sound proofing. I was able to park my motorcycle in the underground garage so that was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of everything and a fresh omelette station too.

Fantastic place to stay, but if you are non-smoker, do not forget to ask for non smoking room. This was my second stay within a week (I gave top rating last time), now a slightly smaller room, however good, with a table for working and a fridge. A fantastic and exciting breakfast, which I missed due to early leaving last time. 10-15 minutes walk to the railway station and uncountable shops nearby. Good wifi. Near to the beer-shop (hard to find in Turkey).

OTEL ÇINAR har ett perfekt läge i centrala Erzurum och ligger 8 minuters promenad från Lala Mustafa Pasa Mosque. We were 12 persons traveling to Erzrum and we found this hotel appropriate. We had a really nice time there and it was so comfortable. There was a reception called Karim. He supported us in any way that he could. He knows the city really well so fell free to ask any question that comes to your mind! He also made the tea every hour for the whole hotel members when they came back tired they can benefit the best tea ever!

I would have stayed definitely longer if there were more things to do or see in Erzurum or more nature. The staff they're the best, so kind and welcoming. They even accompanied me to the bus stop to make sure that I got to the right one. Everything was better quality than I expected at the room. The price & quality relationship is incredibly good in this region of Turkey. I don't think you can find better. The location is the best, in the very center, with all the main attractions at less than 10 min walk distance.
