Black Bear Lodge is situated in South Lake Tahoe, roughly 0.8 km from the lake and 1.6 km from The Gondola at Heavenly. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. The lodge exceeded our expectations; it is so big and clean, and there was a coffee machine. The cabin was adorably decorated. "I loved the vintage sewing machine table!" and we got a fireplace which was a lovely addition to the cebine. The host was welcoming and friendly. They left us a little congratulations note with some chocolate. Thank you for the nice gesture.

Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Our stay at your motel was very pleasant and we can't say enough for Iftee and his wife who were kind enough to bring extra towels, and answer all are questions. Thank you, we will be back.
