Amazing location,ambience is phenomenal.I would like to add a value added comment.the signiture 4 and six course dinners are lovely but I think moving forward you would need to accommodate a wider menu especially with this place only on the up…It’s amazing but please try and accommodate a slightly wider menu for dinner .we loved the walks and serenity of the estate .The owner was very welcoming and we appreciated the history lesson of the estate and the horse breeding heritage of the place .

Bosch Hoek Golf & Lodge is located in Balgowan, 100 metres from Boschhoek Club House. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The Lodge was amazing. The food, breakfast and dinner was fantastic. I would highly recommend you stay in for the dinner. We used the golf facility as well and I must say it was the best 9 hole golf course I've ever played.

The place was amazing! The staff was super! Food superb especially breakfast! The linen, wanted to sleep forever. The brewery!!!

Set in the heart of the Midlands, Halliwell Country Inn is located 14 km from Howick and 5km from Curry’s Post. This historic property is over 180 years old. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Mandla and Joe were great hosts. We will be back!

Nottingham Road Hotel is a historical landmark known as Notties by many generations of locals. It is situated in the village of Nottingham Road, in the heart of the Midlands Meander. What a fantastic place to stay over. Love the old world pub still as good as years ago when we visited. Cosy atmosphere with locals and guests relaxing over a beer !! Rooms refurbished very nicely. Grounds excellent. Most of all - the staff are fantastic very friendly welcoming and helpful. Particularly Debbie, Happy and Tyrone. They went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable even though having to look after our little puppy over meals. Reception was quick and fast and the room was ready even though we were early !! Dog-friendly a big bonus. Will definitely stay there again soon.
