Best staff ever! Always happy and we really felt like we were taken good care off. They catered for allergies (nut and almond) superbly! The hotel was clean and rooms were great. Good breakfast and if you like a bit of luxury, the tearoom breakfast is for you (great a-la-carte options). We stayed in one of the Beach View Villas of the Resort and everything was setup perfectly. Great Villa with a wonderful view to the beach, very comfy beds, great facilities and a wonderful little pool. The Resort offers a great infinity pool with a nice pool bar. Staff of the hotel is just wonderful taking care of every little wish and making this a real vacation.

EVERYTHING! The reviews did them justice. Their kitchen has done fantastic jobs. We had our dinner there after checking in on the first day and we already couldn't wait for the breakfast. Best pork ribs we had in Bali! We're very grateful that the staff upgraded us to villa with private pool. Very spacious yet comfortable and modern stays together with the outdoor bathroom where the staff will come to set up mosquito repellent every night! Don't miss Bhava spa located inside the villa too. Me and my husband had a fantastic 2 hours massage there. 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. There's one minimart just next to the villa. Easy to call a grab driver to pick you up!

I could not fault a single thing with this hotel. The staff are exceptional and tend to every need at a moment's notice, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and hotel ground are immaculately kept, and is a very peaceful hotel away from the bustle of Seminyak town. We stayed in a villa with a private pool and the room was fantastic. Very spacious, well lit, sockets conveniently located and all with a fully equipped kitchen. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seminyak, and what great value for all that is provided. Brilliant!

The team was very nice and welcoming. They offered to help us get there, arranged for our airport pick up. The room was spacious, we loved the private pool and the outdoor sitting area as well. The breakfast was nice and we also enjoyed the spa treatments. The location was really nice, close to shops and restaurants and bars, which we liked very much, yet the hotel and its garden were completely secluded and peaceful.
