RajBagh is lucky to have such a person running the hotel; he was the best and most honest person I met in all of India. He took care of coordinating safaris, trains, transportation, you name it; he cared more about my happiness than his which is a very rare quality to come across these days. The hotel facilities are nice and comfortable and located close to popular zones 1-5 as well as the fort which is a worthwhile visit. I saw my tiger in zone 10 thnx to Jitendra’s last minute magic. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!!!

Gorgeous property in the middle of a lake, it is secluded there aren't any other properties in the area unlike Lake Pichola which is where all the famous properties are located. It is around 35 minutes away by car from the historic center. The place is new and offers amazing nature and views over the lake. The communication with the property prior to our arrival was excellent they responded to my queries very quickly and they contacted me one day before our arrival to arrange for our arrival since you need a boat to reach the property. A wide range of activities to do, so you will not get bored at all, some are free and some at an additional and reasonable cost such as hiking, yoga, tennis, shooting and even cooking classes. The Spa was amazing one of the best messages thanks to Tshering for the great message. Outstanding service the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time, special thanks to Nikita who did her best to accommodate our needs during the stay.

Had booked this stay for my parents, and they could not stop raving about the service and the hotel in general. Although it is a little far from the center, the hotel has excellent food, brilliant attention to detail and amazing service from the staff, my parents rated this as probably among the best stay they have had in India.

From the moment we were collected from the train (the driver was literally outside the carriage door) until we were returned to the station 3 days later, we felt incredibly well looked after. Absolutely everything was exceptional - from the stunning location on the lake, the gorgeous Palace suite, the wonderful meals in the restaurant to the outstanding staff!! The warmth, professionalism and ability to anticipate all our needs was extraordinary. We came to celebrate my birthday and all the staff already knew this was a special occasion for me and they all went the extra mile - starting from Mr Kunal at the jetty who set the stage and continued with his amazing hospitality to the boatman, the doorman, the rose petal shower (so fun!) to the birthday cake, Ms Rashmi and her colleagues at check in, the cleaning and gardening staff to all the servers in the wonderful restaurant- they made it a very special weekend!! I was so blown away and touched by the genuine hospitality. Thank you all so much!!

If you're planning a trip to jaisalmer, this is a must! the rooms are nice, spacious, with full bathrooms and electricity. Wifi also available in the lobby area. Overall great experience and so glad i did it
