It was easy get lost but, in a good way not your typical castle hotel layout, with obvious main entrance, reception area etc.. . Ted (Owner & Manager on duty) was super, interacting with staff and guests. The lady on reception was more than helpful. Breakfast and bar food really enjoyable.ShellyIreland

Service throughout was as you would expect of a 5 Star hotel. Grounds lovely to stroll around. Played The Palmer (Nrth) course, very long and water everywhere. Greens were very tricky.
