We are from Singapore. We enjoyed our vacation (5D4N) at Cassia Bintan. The apartment and surroundings were well maintained. Beach and swimming pools were clean.
Thumbs up for the daily breakfast at Lotus Cafe. Pleasant and delicious dining experiences at Treetop and Saffron.
All staff displayed a good service attitude with their SMILES making us feel welcome and at home.

Great weekend getaway from Singapore.
Great weekend getaway from Singapore. Easy access via ferry and lots of top 5-star and also more economical resorts to choose from. Beach is quite decent, though the beaches in Bali, Krabi and Boracay are significantly better.

Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal.
Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal. If you contact the hotel in advance, you may be able to arrange free terminal-hotel transfer. We stayed at Bintan Resorts at Angsana Beach, a collection of three hotels sharing a well kept private beach. We did not go to Lagoi because the shuttle bus as been stopped and the taxi is S$25 one way.

We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do at the property itself for the three days that we spent at Natra. We did not have to step outside the property so there was not much exploring of Lagoi Beach beyond the Treasure Island area which was amazing and impressive.
The always smiling, ever-helpful staff at Natra Bintan was icing on the perfect cake of this holiday.

Things are generally more expensive within the resorts in Lagoi area. Advise to purchase beverages, snacks and other necessities from outside stores or mini marts instead.
Sand dunes and blue lake great for pics/vids but weather can be extremely hot so drink lots of fluids or buy from the local drink stores when you make your way in.
Visited 500 Luo Han Temple located on the hillside and Guan Yin Temple in Tanjung Pinang.

The grounds and views were spectacular - if you don’t play golf there is absolutely nothing to do - it can become quite boring.
The price of meals and drinks is sooo expensive that it is a joke. The location is so remote that there are no alternatives other than to dine in.
The Sanchaya is perfection. From your arrival off the ferry to their private lounge you are treated like a celebrity. The estate is out of the world. There is so much thought put into every detail, the rooms are stunning and the whole hotel is gorgeous. The staff are exceptional, they remember your name, treatment like a princess and look after you so well. No other hotel has ever compared to the amazing service and setting if this hotel. What a wonderful find. The staff even great you and wave you off. Amazing!!!!!
The staff, including the management, really went all the way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The room we stayed in was in front of the lagoon which was great and the food and drinks at the restaurant were very nice. The lagoon as sea water and was a beautiful clear blue yet unlike a real sea/beach was safe so I could let my teenage kids go wave boarding and canoeing without me having to watch them all the time. We stayed 6 nights (due to limited ferry timings) which was kind of long but also a good break.
We just love the private beach and the serenity and friendliness of the place. Taking a suite is a very good idea, very spacious and a balcony with nice views. Early check in? No problem. Late check out? No problem. Having a bicycle brought over from Singapore, no problem, nice biking trails in Bintan by the way…the kids love the pools and the newly opened cafe. Going to lunch to neighboring resorts (Treetops) and going to Lagoi EcoSafari is a nice little add on to the overall splendid experience.
Living in a hotel / ship / museum was a new experience for us!
We also had the pleasure to participate to the ship’s heritage tour and find out about its history and the long journey to its now permanent home in Bintan, meeting also Mr Eric Saw, the man behind this ambitious project.
Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one!
It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.
Great pool villa for a family weekend getaway. The pool was very enjoyable and the nearby beach is excellent. They give you your own buggy to navigate the sprawling estate, so getting around is not an issue. Food is alright, and the Calypso bar is great place for a nightcap. Staff is very courteous and eager to help, which is a big plus (their English language skills were also better than expected).
The area and its offerings. The bike ride along the lake side was amazing. You can use the bikes provided by the hotel. You can dine in the hotel or also at the restaurants in the plaza area nearby. Breakfast in the hotel was good - enough varieties of food (local and international) & different each day.
Lovely chalet on the beach front. Very friendly staff. Peaceful, spacious room,, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, stunning beach and gardens. Great shuttle bus service to neighbouring sister hotels and restaurants. Highly recommend sunset at the Calypso Bar. Great service in the fish restaurant nearby.
location is great. just 5 mins away from Ferry.
Room size accept for those who just want to sleep over with no window view on level 1.
Hotel staff management are nice and friendly. And allowed our clean bicycle to be park in our room.
Banyan Tree really exceeded all our expectations. The room and view were stunning. The staff were all exceptional.
All hotel facilities were fabulous. Pool was stunning, restaurants great, spa also fabulous.
Some of the events hosted by the hotel are really worth enjoying, such as movies and bands.
All the staff are polite and patient. It makes me feel happy from the inside out:) thanks !
A fantastic hotel with a wonderful team. We stayed here for a night to play golf and have some beach time and everything was exactly as we had hoped for/expected.
