Our room was exactly as in the pictures. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was rich and there was something for everyone, even a picky eater could find a couple of choices.

Sandefjord is very much a working, functional port town with good marina facilities for leisure boaters. There are plenty of options to dine out and have a stroll around the harbour/port area, but it is not really big on tourism as such, which is probably not a bad thing. If you are driving, the links to the major routes are easy to follow, and of course you have the ferry port for travelling over to Sweden.

We went out of season with limited activities---a month or two earlier and i'm sure our thoughts would be different. So expensive to live not just in Sandefjord but in Norway. Same price as Oslo---thought it would be better value.
Extremely spacious with everything you need to cook and clean, etc. We had an amazing time here. It is a lovely, quiet and clean village.
It was about a half hour walk to the port and all the shops. There is also a lovely park down there too with lots of interesting things.
There is a supermarket around the corner from the house, which is open every day.
We personally found it a little strange to have so many of the owners' personal belongings around but it didn't spoil anything. It was just different but also interesting.
The owner very nice, friendly. It was no problem to get to the apartment. The keys to the apartment were waiting for us in the agreed place. The apartment was spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. Location - intimate housing estate, peace and quiet, a bit far from the railway station. For non-motorized people, it is worth choosing the option of getting there by scooter or asking the owner about the possibility of renting a bike :))
I loved there! The hotel is a unique hotel in the centre of Sandefjord, if you want to spend the night in an historical surroundings is the perfect hotel for you. It is very romantic, very clean and the breakfast is perfect. I ate salmon and eggs in the morning, and I am Italian so am not used to it! However I enjoyed my breakfast!
Due to late night airport delays, we missed the last train to Oslo. He picked us up from the airport and we loved staying in this haven. It was wonderful to see more how locals live, and he made it very comfortable. The fresh-baked bread was incredible, especially for weary travelers.
I booked here last minute when my flight to Oslo was rerouted to Sandefjord. What an unexpected treat! The property is lovely and has a homey, bed and breakfast feel. Staff were very helpful, the room was lush and comfy (if a bit warm), and the breakfast was phenomenal.
This property had the most beautiful view. Modern clean Villa with everything you need. Spacious dining and living room with large windows. Nice beds in the rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice.
A large outdoor patio that is probably amazing in the summer.
This is a great place to meet other travelers and the owner is also a cool guy. Free rides to/from the airport are also a huge plus! My brother and I booked just one room but the owner upgraded us to two since there happened to be an extra room available.
BREAKFAST, GOOD CHOISE OF FOOD
ROOM WAS OK BUT NO TEA/COFFEE EQUIPMENT
LOCATION,IS GREAT LOADS OF PLACES TO EAT OUT SIDE IN THE TOWN NEAR BY,GOOD VIEW OF THE FYJORD, GOOD PLACE FOR GOING TO THE AIRPORT(torp)FROM ONLY 10 MINUTES IN THE CAR
It was a perfect space to dry our wet motor gear, as we'd been riding in the rain for a few days. There was a drying rack and electric heaters. The apartment was simple but comfy and the beds were good.
We slept in a Norway house that has been already decorated for Christmas! The house is cozy, comfortable and warm. We felt like we were at our home. We loved the common area with the table and kitchen.
The staff member that checked us in was lovely. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. Overall, the location was what brought us in due to an early flight out of TORP.
Best thing was Host...Mrs Siri Anderson..
Polite ,Informative & helpful....if I ever get a chance to come back to Norway in holidays ..this place would be my first priority...
The apartment is clean and modern. The bed is very soft. The washer and dryer are a great feature, and the shower is large for Europe. It is a 16 minute drive to the airport.
The entire hotel is tired and dirty. Carpets are stained and filthy in common areas and rooms. Overall this hotel does not meet my expectations of what a 4 star Clarion is.
