The location was fantastic. Sleeping on a boat with fantastic views of lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps as a backdrop was wonderful Hosts were fantastic

We were reminded we can get free transportation tickets (provided a link) for taking bus and boat to anywhere, which are so helpful to tourists in Geneva.

The hotel and the grounds are beautiful and great location near the boat port to travel across the lake and a short work to the start of the town

Great location and hotel is Swiss Cottage style. Nice buffet breakfast at extra cost of 20 Swiss francs Hotel provided voucher for free local travel on buses, tram, and taxi boats

Free taxi shuttle to and from the airport every 20 minutes and offered free travel pass within zone 10 which entitled us to fee buses, trams and taxi boats. Good continental breakfast each morning, just missing a good old full English breakfast but always found something to eat.

Overall this hotel is value for money. The location is not exactly in the city center, instead it's the opposite. However, there is bus stop in front of the hotel with direct bus to the station/city center. You HAVE TO ASK THE RECEPTION FOR THE FREE GENEVA TRANSPORT CARD. It's included in your price and you can travel bus/tram/boat for free. The room was ok, comfy bed, nice window with good sunlight

The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and spoke English. The room are modern, clean and have amenities. When I enquired about the tram the staff gave me a travel pass to use all trams, buses, trains and boats for free. The hotel was close to the airport but you didn’t hear any planes.

Best value in Geneva, walking distance to airport. Free travel card included to use buses, trains and boats across the lake. Clean and modern. Football table is free to use. Bus stop right outside to get to the centre. Nice staff especially Santi the team leader who helped to sort a small problem out. He was professional and a really nice guy too. Thanks Santi.

The location of the hotel was excellent for us and the Transport Pass really great (we used the boats three times) We had breakfast on the second morning - young lady (Portuguese) was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Would have been nice to have a few more dairy free options. The gentleman who greeted us on our arrival was really helpful, friendly and polite also.

The young man at the Reception was very informative and helpful. We were given a free pass for public transport (trams and buses) and for boats on the lake. We took advantage of all these and it really enhanced the stay. It was particularly useful to transfer to the airport on the last day. The room, hotel location and breakfast were all really good. The hotel was really stylish and well appointed and was good value for money.
