I had several issues during my stay. Firstly, the AC in my room was not working, and I had to request a room change. Secondly, my key card needed reprogramming every time I left my room, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the housekeepers were very noisy in the mornings, often talking loudly and even walking into my room without knocking. To top it off, on the day before my departure, a housekeeper knocked on my door at 8 am to ask if I was checking out. This overall experience was unacceptable.

It fulfilled my expectations. I needed a quick overnight place to stay to accommodate 3 adults. I got the queen double beds room. It was clean and spacious room with all the accommodations we expected. Not over the top but we didn’t need or want it. There were some noisy guests down the hall but they quieted down by the time we retired.AAnonymous

Nice little kitchen, plenty of towels, a vanity mirror next to the bathroom. The bathroom was also bigger than all hotles at this price. Many restaurants are near to this hotel. There is a breakfast but it's just a small selection and there's no silverware, it's just plastic and disposable paper dishes. There are proper glasses for juice though. Parking is free and large enough for all the guests, I believe. Room cleaning is just once every 5 days, which I don't mind.

They have normal and decaf, sugar and creamer and you can grab anytime (and any amount) you want. There's also tea. It's a few steps away from the parking lot of the Miami International Mall.
