The property sits in a quiet neighborhood three minutes from the Crosstown Parkway, meaning anyone staying there can access I-95 or the Florida Turnpike in minutes. By driving north on California (the street from which one reaches the property) for five minutes and turning right on St.Lucie West Blvd, you have access to both Mets Stadium and Indian River State College Pruitt Campus, both no more than ten to fifteen minutes, depending upon traffic. Also, along SLW Blvd are many restaurants, Walmart, other shopping resources; planned communities and their golf courses.

Thanks so much for accommadating a slightly early in, as I met you and let you know my husband was under the weather and we needed a bed for him to rest in as soon as possible. It's a lovely location and restaurants and shopping were available a short 15 minute drive away. The apartment is plenty big with 2 TVs and sitting room/kitchen separate from the bedroom.
