Terrific location in the middle of all the places we were visiting - Obidos, Peniche, Caldas. Private, quiet in the midst of nature with oversight of the apple and pear orchards - bordered by the pine trees for which the area is well known. Common living room and kitchen were an added bonus. Very tastefully decorated as though we stepped into an earlier age.

Best hospitality experience! Joao and his mother made us feel like we were guests at a friend's house. Communication was great, the hotel is at a very convenient location not far from Lisbon, Porto and Coimbra. The rooms are designed nicely and had everything we needed. We had wine tasting too. Joao nicely explained and answered all our questions. Breakfast was delicious, pancakes were freshly prepared by Paola also we could make tea with the herbs collected from their garden. It was a friend's birthday, and they made a cake for us as a surprise.😍 This place is a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants some tranquility in their life.

So cute with all the amenities you could wish for :-) the breakfast was spectacular, we ticked what we would like the evening before and was superb (ham, cheese, bread, fresh coffee, boiled egg, fruit). It was delivered to our terrace at the time we specified :-) we would definitely recommend this idyllic getaway.

It had everything we needed and more. We also loved the location, which is right outside the farmers market, and a short stroll to the beautiful park. Beautiful room each with unique design decorated with the ceramic art work and named after the artist who’s work is displayed in the room. For someone who likes art and beautiful interior design it’s a must stay! On top of that, bed was comfortable, great shower and tasty and plentiful breakfast. Every morning there is farmers market in a town square just around the corner from the hotel. It was lovely experience. I hope to be back!LauraYoung couple
