The location, between the vinyards and the plants they have there. There is alot of space outside of the room for the kids to play and swim. Very nice pool. The staff are very nice. The breakfast is good, not alot of variety but good.

Terrific location in the middle of all the places we were visiting - Obidos, Peniche, Caldas. Private, quiet in the midst of nature with oversight of the apple and pear orchards - bordered by the pine trees for which the area is well known. Common living room and kitchen were an added bonus. Very tastefully decorated as though we stepped into an earlier age.

Wonderful B&B at a beautiful rural location with spectacular views of the landscape and Óbidos, which is at walking distance and absolutely worth a visit. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and gives plenty of suggestions for trips, walks, restaurants etc. One restaurant at walking distance is very good. B&B is beautiful with comfortable beds, good shower, free parking and good breakfast. We definitely recommend this place!

Very friendly staff. I had no idea they served dinner. Marcelo made excellent meals for 20e for dinner. Breakfast was awesome and made with fresh eggs from the hens. Birds sang the whole time, fragrant flowers, peaceful location, beautiful property. Chickens, ducks, dogs were all fun. Daniel, the host was delightful. Maria did my laundry. I didn’t get to use the enormous pool.

It is a place to relax with your family. It was a perfect alternative to a busy Lisbon. The whole place is from a fairytale. Green surroundings, animals to cuddle and a wonderful pool. The host is very friendly and the breakfast superb.

Beautiful, traquil and stylishly decorated restored Portuguese farmhouse. The hosts Alexandre and Pedro were extremely friendly and hospitable, breakfast was delicious, the room was big and comfortable and the location was super-peaceful. I wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely return!

A beautiful historic property with a large garden, peacocks, dogs ... and an extremely attentive host who - because of COVID - brought us the most amazing breakfast basket to the door of our very comfortable room each morning. A lovely beach is in walking distance, as is a very good restaurant overlooking the sea and the lagoon. NO complaints whatsoever.
