The location is good. It is walking distance from Phloen Chit BTS. The place is quiet and peaceful, suitable for families. Provides free drinking water. WIFI is good as well. We had a good time there, will definitely stay there again when we visit Bangkok.

However, I have observed a noticeable deterioration in both the level of service provided and the quality of accommodations since my initial stay. While the standard was initially satisfactory relative to the price paid, there has been a persistent decline in quality over time. Despite this decline, I have observed that the rates have remained stagnant, failing to reflect the diminishing value proposition.

Some lovely Indian restaurants on walking distance. Good breakfast spread. Kwan at the travel desk was very helpful in organising the safari trip for us and also gave lots of tips and recommendations.

Very nice welcome on arrival and detailed explanations. Nice spacious room and very quiet with no street noise. Animated and safe are with lots of restaurants, bars, massage places and convenience stores. Very good little on-site restaurant with reasonable prices - especially nice to avoid having to go out in what was a heatwave when I was there! Nice pool. Speedy laundry service .
